Can I file N400 when I-751 has an RFE ?

I'm new to this forum, and was hoping to get some help. I received an RFE for my I-751 on April 19, 2020. I have submitted the additional evidence in May but I have not heard anything from USCIS yet. I am qualified to file for N400 now, so I was wondering if I can file it now even though I received an RFE ?

Pls traveling with my 18 months extension letter do i need to get the i551 stamp? Cause i called uscis and they told me i don't need it since i have the receipt

Since then months went by and I didn’t hear anything from them so I decided to send/apply online my N-400 application back in April
N-400 Naturalization
PD: April 30th
Aug 9th : letter saying that they were able to reuse my previous Biometrics
Aug 11th: we scheduled your interview
Sept 16: interview completed
Of course I passed and also the same day it was my oath ceremony. I became a U.S citizen on sept 16.
He first did the I751 interview to get it out of the way. So he asked common question where do you meet your spouse? Where do you guys live? Etc
Then,
The N-400 interview is very smooth, the officer in charge of my case was very friendly and it was just basically like having a conversation.
I wanted to share this for all people who are skeptical of applying or not for your N-400 yet.

Expedite I-751 Denied
Hello All,
After 17 months of a waiting game, I have decided to expedite my pending I-751 with a customer service representative.
After a day or two, I got an email from USCIS is that they denied expediting my case. I did not send them any information.I do not know what the customer service representative typed.
My case was transferred from VSC to Potomac FEB 5th 2020. It looks like it is going to sit there for a while. I have tried many times to get the stupid case moving. Nothing is going to happen.
My status shows that the expedite request was denied.
I just wanted to share my timeline

Renew Driver License
Hi everyone, Is it possible to renew an expiring driver license with the 18 month extension letter that USCIS send?, My driver license expired when my 2-year green card expires. I wanted to see if DMV accept the 18 month extension letter for renewing licenses.

I751 expiration
Hi all. My 18 months extension will be expiring on 17th. I had call immigration officer couple of times regarding the info pass. They said they can give infopass appointment only if emergency reasons are there with documents. They also said if you are staying inside the US then there is no problem until the embassy make decision on my case. In applied in January 2019 and still it is showing “ case is ready to be scheduled for an interview “. I don’t know when it be scheduled and the case is in NBC.
My question is - with an expired green card and 18 months extension can I live in the US? Any problem ? Please do reply. Thank you
