I751 transfered to NBC after interview
Filed to remove condition on residence January 2021 Nebraska service center. Receipt number LIN.......
Got a RFE December 2021, i sent everything we had together, because my wife and i have started having some issues in our marriage then.
Eventually, due to my wife infidelity, i filed for divorce and we were officially divorced November 2022. Shortly, after that i was scheduled for an interview that same November.
I told the officer to change my case to divorce waiver and gave her all the evidences that showed my wife cheated and even went ahead to remarry even before our divorce was final.
The officer asked me some few questions about what transpired that ended my marriage, also few questions about my first marriage.
She promised to review my case and get back to me..
But surprisingly, after a month i got a letter that says my case has been transferred to NBC with a new receipt number MSC.
It's been 14months now since they transferred my case and nothing yet.. Is this normal to change receipt number and case transferred?
Please someone share some thoughts..

I-751 transferred to NBC
Hello. I applied for 2nd green card on July 2021, Potomac service center.
Feb 2022 divorce, lawyer informed USCIS.
I recently moved, change address as well.
My case is transferred to NBC to speed up the process.
Anyone have similar experiences?

Vermont filler i-751 and N-400
Hello all!I have been a silent reader and this forum helped me to get through this process so here I am sharing my experience (hopefully will be helping somoone too). Ocober 2019 applied for I-485 marriage based,iJanuary 2021 interview.January 2023 applied for I-751,november 2023 applied for N-400(3 months before 3 year since I got first green card)3 years rule married to US citizen.January 2024 interview scheduled,February 2024 interview passed.I went with my husband but they just asked where is he and then continued to ask just me questions civic 6 because i answered correctly and then reading and writing.Otherr then that my DOB,what do I do for living if I have any other proof of marriage since I submitted I-751 I had taxes filling jointly and bank statements from our joint account.Overall it was very pleased experience and didn’t last long maybe total 15 min.Then officer told me that I passed but my i-751 case was not transferred from Vermont center to their field office there for I will have to wait for couple of weeks but next thing I hear from them will be scheduling oath ceremony and that is exactly what happened.They placed me in a line for oath ceremony after they transferred my i-751 and approved it and I received a date for oath ceremony in april.Good luck to everyone!

I751 Waiver and Citizenship Approved Same Day !!
I made a Promise to Share my Testimony to Motivate Others who might be feeling down due to long Waits. Do not Worry I have also been there! Please have faith. As a divorce Waiver case was Submitted in 2019, my Case was finally Approved After years of waiting. Additionally, I applied for Citizenship while the I751 was still pending. I was scheduled for the Citizenship interview, passed the test, but the officer couldn't make a decision. Six months later, both my citizenship and I751 were approved on the same Day after years of waiting! My oath ceremony was last week, and I'm here to answer any questions. Wishing everyone good luck. Claimed as US citizen in my tax form
Hi, I am green card holder. I’ve been using accountact last two years because my wife and I owned LLC business. And i just found out that on form 1065, my accountant has put my country of citizenship as US instead of south korea and I somehow completely missed it until today. What should I do? Will that be issue that will cause me to possibly lose my green card? I am currently panicking now.

On Feb 26 online case status changed from finger prints used to "On February 26, 2024, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence".
It is not changed to card printed or card mailed yet. Any one knows how long it takes after approval to receive the physical card.
