For 2nd Entry
Hi Friends,
I need a suggestion.
For a construction design review and vendor review meeting, I stayed in US from Oct 2015 to Mar 2016 (175 days).
Now again my company want me to go to US for a review meeting.

Though I can able to justify my previous trip and my next coming trip, I have a doubt that whether I will face any problem at Port of Entry.

Can any one advise me

B1 VISA @New Delhi Consulate
My B1 Visa interview was scheduled on 11th April 2016 at 11:00 AM, When I reached and I was inside, there was a young male on the counter at which I had to give the interview following is the transcript of interview -

Me: Hi Good Morning
VO: Give me your Passport (Didn't replied to Good Morning)

Me: Sure there it is (Handed the passport)

VO: Why do you want to go to US?
Me: I'm going to attend YYYY conference in Washington DC (Name of well known conference held every year)

VO: Can you tell me the name of the conference once again?
Me: It is YYYY

VO: Why do you want to attend this conference? (After typing something on his computer)
Me: My Company wants me to go there and attend this event.

VO: And Why?
Me: I've been a valuable resource to my company from past 1 year and 11 months now, so they have good amount of trust on me, as this a global event, expertise from all across the globe will be coming there and sharing there knowledge, so my company wants me to go there, gain all the knowledge and experience and then come back to India and share the same knowledge with the team that we have here and also incorporate those learning in the work that we do here

VO: What do you do in your company?
Me: I'm working as Business Analyst in this company and my roles and responsibilities involves communicating with clients, understand there requirements and then delegate the same requirements to the team that we have here.

VO: Have you ever been to any other country?
Me: No, not really this will be my first time

VO: I'm sorry I can't approve your VISA this time, I need to know that you have strong ties outside of US. (Handed me 214(b) refusal letter)

Please can someone tell where I went wrong? VO never asked me about my ties and family here in India so I didn't said anything about them as I was told that do not say much speak point to point, he didn't even asked for any document or anything. My cause was Genuine and I only wanted to attend the event and come back after 7 days. Any help on this will highly be appreciated.

Thanks
