2nd call for visa interview
I gave my first interview on feb 10th to attend a conference on feb 23rd. I was placed under administrative processing for employment verification and told by VO that i would get the visa once the employment verification would be done. my employer got the email from US consulate to verify the employment on feb 16th and the reply was sent same day. I didnt hear anything from them until feb 25th when i was called by us embassy and told that the VO wanted to meet me again. The conference dates were already passed by then. I attended the second interview on February 29th and VO asked me if i still want to go to US since the conference dates had already been passed. I told him that there is another conference coming up of same nature in april first week. I also showed him the new invitation letter from the conference that is going to take place in april. He told me that my visa is approved but he asked me to submit my cv and travel history to a email address that he provided.i sent the requested documents same day. He told me that i would get my passport with visa stamped in next 2 3 days and wished me a nice trip to US. My status is still under administrative processing on ceac website. Is it possible that i still would not be able to get the visa? have any one of you been called for second interview like this?

B1 refused 2 times
i am doing job in a private limited company as a Manager Procurement since 2005 in Pakistan.
and i have been importing machinery from a US based company since 2008.
my company is a sole distributor of that US based company.
we have some technical issues in some products. my company and my principle arrange 2 days technical training in there factory in US. 3 persons are invited from our Pakistani company.
(Me Manager Procurement), Director Commercial and Manager Maintenance.
we are also add another plane with our visit to attend a coating show at another city.
so our visit was for 7- 8 days.

and we appear for 1st time on 3rd FEB 2016. refused on interview 214(b) Islamabad US Embassy.

VO ask some basic questions we answered almost correctly...
but i think we selected B1/B2 on visa form and on interview we only define business meeting and training may be this is the reason of 1st refusal.

then i made second attempted and select B1 only for the same case i applier on 19 FEB 2016.
Almost the interview was the same..and got 214(b) again..

Still dont know whats the reason we all three are permanent jobs good salaries (100K-200K), married and left our 2-3 children back. our propose was temporary business training sponsored by our principle company to resolve some issues.

every thing is OK but dont know whats the exact refusal reason.
in Islamabad Embassy there was 320 appointments daily and the visa approval from 320 persons only 1-2. this is very high refusal rate. but the 95% applicant was the B2.

but we have a solid reason and relations with american company but this s very strange that on of visa officer not ask any question about strong ties and gave us 214(b).
only 3-4 persons applied for business visa b1 from islamabad

only simple questions asked as below...

propose of visit
married
salary (100K)
day of stay.
adress.
us contact.

NOW I AM READY FOR THIRD INTERVIEW....
BUT HAVE SOME GUIDANCE FROM ANY ONE EXPERIENCE THE SAME CASE OR HAVE GUIDANCE FOR MY ISSUE......BUNDLE OF THANKS......

Need advise where I went wrong?
Hi All,

My experience with consulate on 10th Feb 2016 in which my non immigrant B1 visa got rejected under 214(b) refusal.

VO was middle aged man in New Delhi consulate.

Me: Hi Sir, Good morning.
VO : Ignored without any smile.

VO: Passpot please
Me: Yes, sure (given to VO)

VO: What is purpose of visit to US?
Me: I am going US to provide customer support to X and Y clients.

VO: Why is it necessary to go to US?
Me: To have business meeting with customer in order to discuss issues and queries (VO interrupted)

VO: I asked why is it necessary?
Me: As project is crucial from both customer as well as company's perspective (VO said yes it should be) and customer wants support without any compromise due to different time zone between India and US.

Then after typing on his PC, he provided me 214(b) refusal letter and said Sorry, I can't issue you Visa this time.

Please anyone can guide and advise me where I went wrong so that I can improve in future.

B1 Visa
I am confused regarding few things and no one is out there to guide completely.

I run a company (PVT LTD) from last 1 year. My client is located at California and he wants to have business meeting over there. I was told that he needs to send me invitation letter and thats all what i need from him. I gave my interview but was rejected under 214b.

Other conditions are:
I am CEO and i want BDM (Business development manager) to go with me.
I take $1800 salary from company and BDM salary is $800.
My BDM is working from last 6 months.

Few questions:
> Should my client be paying expense for our residence and other things and he will be arranging all? We have no problem to pay it but which is better option?
> Should my client call state department and give them application that he needs us? Any legal way by which he can convince his state department that its business need?
> Should we give interview in a group or individually?
> Should i apply again after three days?

Please advice
Thanks
