How long EAD takes
Hi guys!
Are there any AOS filers from Philly who married to USC?
I was wondering how long it took to get EAD after the fingerprints taken or applied to the case?

EAD E2 renewal
Hi everybody,
I have been waiting for my EAD E2 renewal 130 days and after checking this chat i guises i will have to wait more time. I was working for a company since 1 year and a half and my question is... can I apply for unemployment benefits in Texas?

Guys it’s here. The card is here and so is episode 2 of the waterworks haha
I got the “new card is being produced” notification on Monday the 27th and I have it in hand today, Friday, the 31st. So very happy to leave this in January and start fresh. The new year starts tomorrow for me.
A few things you might want to know:
- I got the approval notices at the same time as the combo card
- the system first showed the EAD being approved alone, then 24 hours later the AP was too
- they only updated shipping info for the EAD, but it is, in fact, a combo card.
- the tracking number was not available on the email USCIS sent me but it was on the case tracker app and it was easy to follow through USPS
- “case ready to be scheduled” was last Friday (the 24th) and it hasn’t been scheduled yet but I’m in NYC, it might take a while.
- I am getting drunk tonight.

E2 renewal vermont - 7 months
Hi guys
It’s been over 7 months i am waiting for the renewal of my E2 so I called uscis and tried to expedite. My status now says “your request to have your case expedited was completed” what does that mean? I can’t do this anymore!

Second expedite denied
My app updated today to say my expedite request for ead was denied. They never even responded to saying if they received my fax or not. Just like the first time. When I call and speak to tier 2 they tell me that they can’t see if the fax was received or not. My evidence is pretty sufficient I mean my current ead from other status expires March so I’ll be out of work plus all my bills including rent and loans. Seems like they don’t care to even try or look into it. Anyone else have a similar experience? I’m aos based off marriage in NYC Field office. NBC service center. Pd oct 21st.

11/27/19 Expedite i131 for Humanitarian reasons ( called to expedite on the phone)
12/2/19 Contacted congress lady and filed out release form
12/31/19 Expedite rejected
1/2/2020 response from Congress lady that USCIS wants more evidence
1/10/2020 Email from USCIS to fax evidence
1/14/2020 Evidence faxed
1/21/2020 Evidence receive
01/27/2020 Case ready to be scheduled for interview

Don’t give up! Get your Congress involved or senator, they can keep enquiring and keep USCIS on their toes on your behalf. Expedite if you have a valid reason. Make sure you state clearly what category under the expedite reasons you are expediting under. I believe that they throw LPR applications into a bottomless pit and you basically need to hustle to get your application moving along. Good luck to us all!

EAD Birthdate correction
Any suggestion is appreciated.
Birth-date is wrong on the EAD.
When I have received receipt notice(i765) it had my husband's birth-date on it. We have submitted correction with USCIS and I got confirmation email for correction submitted.
I have received EAD yesterday. And they did not corrected my birth-date. I have pending job offer letter.
What should I do? Can I start working with that? If I send my EAD back how long does it take to correct the mistake? Does it affect during GC interview if I do not correct?
