EAD - NBC
Base on the processing time on USCIS for EAD at NBC it states 5.5 to 7.5 months. I have seen various comments and one in particular stated that once your status change to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" then EAD will follow shortly after. I think everyone's case is treated differently and maybe there are other factors they take into consideration that we are just not aware of. Some persons have gotten their EAD approved within 3/4 months which obviously is not reflective of the processing time on USCIS. We just have to trust the process and wish for the best.

California- Nov fillers
Hi All,

Any of November California fillers got their L2 EAD. Any idea which month they are processing.

1. Can I travel outside USA while the application is being processed?
2. Will the travel affect my case in anyways?

Kindly pour in your suggestions.

Thank you

Tier 2 reliable?
Hey guys so I got off the phone today with a tier 2 officer and he said that my EAD will be approved within 30 days or less, I’m guessing that’s because I’ve passed the 6.5 month threshold, but when a tier 2 says this is that most likely the case or they are just saying it to brush is off so that we don’t bother them? Thoughts

fingerprint
Hi Guys,
My case received on November 18 and my Finger print completed and applied to my case on December 13. There is no any other update yet.

But I wonder what is the next step now? They completed to finger print so what should i expect next? They will issue the EAD card next ? Or will they schedule the GC interview? My service center is NBC.

Thanks.
