Expecting my I765... They are taking their sweet time
Hi everyone, here is what my case is up to. It is family-based (not marriage) and applied for AOS from an F1 visa. My office is NBC
08/08/19 - I485,I131,I765 all received by USCIS
09/03/19 - Fingerprints reviewed by USCIS
No RFEs, no problems with the case.
And that is it... Nothing else... Even though my case isn't eligible for the "outside the normal time request" yet, I have seen that there are a few cases filed after me were already approved.
I have shed oh so many years because I had to turn down SO MANY jobs I wanted. No one wants to hire someone who is an entry-level employee and then wait indefinitely for them. Only depending on the savings I got from working while I was a student. Looking forward to getting evicted in a few months!

First of all, thoughts and prayers for everybody waiting and congrats for everybody receiving updates.
Was wondering for the thoughts to the below
PD: 09/18/2019 - NBC
Married to USC
Filing: 1-30, I-485, I-765 (adjusting from H1B status)
Fingerprints October 18th 2019
RFIE sometime in October, replied and received on November 29th 2019
I have not received an update since. I am not obviously in the window to raise a SR. Attorney does not seem to want to challenge anything at this time.
My specific question: should I have heard something back by now? Its been 60+ days from my RFIE reply.

Any other ways to expedite case
It’s tough to write here, I’m about to lose my job in 5 days. Expedite request approved on 22nd but nothing after that. It feels like Rollercoaster and I am now extremely upset. Is there any other ways I can try to expedite the case? Please help...

Hi, I have J2 visa (spouse of J1) and applied for EAD. My case was recieved on January, 14, 2020 in Texas. What is the next status for my case? Will I be interviewed or not? Please share your experiences if any. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys I think I seem to be noticing a very common trend here, It looks like USCIS are approving EAD cards, when and after your case status changes to Case is ready to schedule for interview . This kinda scares me because my I-485 is still at the NBC processing center and my status is still on finger print fee was received. I’ve been waiting for 194 days now and I feel like I’m going to be waiting forever, there’s no telling when my case will eventually get transfer to my local office. Honestly this is a nightmare. Any suggestions? My fingerprints and background check was done and there was no problem I’m just wondering what the hold up is

Estimated EAD approval
Hey guys. I wanna know how long does it take to get EAD approval or maybe just an update?
I got my fingerprints taken on November 18th and since the receipt update on the uscis website there havent been another update even tho my I-485 says it’s ready to be scheduled for an interview.
I’m really losing hope that it’ll come anytime soon and after looking this website 2 million times i decided to ask.
