Filed May 2019 and still waiting!!!
Hi everyone any one else filed in May? Here is my timeline. I did use a lawyer and my spouse is a US citizen.
I-130, I485, I765 filed together.
My case was received May 16th 2019
I recieved the notice of action on May 21 2019
Got a Request for initial evidence on July 19th 2019 for a long form birth certificate but i since it would taken me 6months to get my long form birth certificate I sent them my school records and affidavits from my family.
I got a letter for my biometrics to be taken Sept 10th 2019.
My lawyer sent the request for evidence, which was received by uscis Oct 16th
My online status says that was fingerprints was completed Sept 25th and that's it. No Ead .
No other updates. My online status status says that they received my rfe and they are working on my case.I did 2 service requests which both were not assigned for processing.
Anyone else filed in May please share your timeline and I will like to say thank you to everyone that has been sharing their experiences.

I noticed so many Aug 30 cases approved today . I can see case before and after my case number approved but not my case. I checked at least 50 receipt numbers before my case number and 50 case numbers after my cases and found that 50% is approved and 50% is still same status. looks like something is moving, and hoping to get good news soon.

what is the conditions for approval
Really i don't understand what conditions are USCIS considering for approval the cases. I saw here some of people got their approval in 2 3 months. a few people filed in November they have update in their cases. i am also November Filed but there is no update.
I hope I could have some update in Feb at least...

Expedite Timeline
I took help from congressman to expedite my i765. The request was approved and the case got forwarded to an officer for review on Jan 22nd. However still, 8 days later... no update yet. Anyone knows how long it takes for thee review after the case is assigned? Thanks

Any NBC July filers?
Anyone filed for I-765 at NBC in July and been approved this week? Mine was received July 8 and fingerprints were done a month before, still no updates! I’m sick of waiting. I reached a point that I was gonna start working, but backed down so I don’t risk it! I guess many of us have thought about that! Please share your experience so far

L2 EAD Extension Help !
Hello my L2 EAD would be expiring on 09/19/2020 and my current contract with my employer is getting over in July 2020. My husband's Organization is recommending his L1 A extension thru Mexico/Canada. Now to ensure continuity of my EAD, I would like to go for its extension in a way that I get it done before July. The questions I have are :
- Can I go for a new job if my EAD extension is in "applied for status" . Does any of you have experience of shifting jobs when the EAD is about to expire on the basis of an extension being already filed
- When I had received my EAD card in Nov 2018, there was a bar code also sent along with the letter. It mentioned that the bar code helps expedite the process of extension. Wanted to get an idea if that's something which genuinely helps to expedite the extension process.
it would be great if I could be guided/suggested the best way out in my case.

Hey guys! I wanted to share my experience hoping it helps some of you to get some clarity.
I did everything through a law firm. It's been 8.5 months.
Married to LPR.
5/3/2019: PD date (Adjustment of status and combo card)
Biometrics and medical exams taken in June. Case status never changed until the beginning of January for my form i485 (Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview) nothing yet.
Form i765 status: "Case was received" until today 1am when I got an update saying "New Card is being Produced"
I hope I receive my card soon. It's been a looooong wait but Im sure my case is one of the longest, and it can give you guys some hope.
