12/05/17- EAD 180-days extension expired. Terminated from one of the big 4 banks.
12/05/17 to 04/04/18: Depressed, unemployed and miserable.
04/04/18 - Card is being produced. (400 days after initial filling, 265 after receipt of RFE)
06/04/18- Rehired back to my department.

Back at it again;
10/16/18 – EAD Renewal application received. (180 days before EAD expiration)
04/05/19 – EAD Expired (180 days extension took effect)
05/19/19 - We ordered your new card
***Lesson learned: Hurry up and wait. You get your EAD whenever you get it.

11/19/2019: Renewal Application received.(Applied 180 days before expiration). Weird my receipt starts with IOE090... this time. Used to start with MSC
1/13/2020: We ordered your new card.
1/15/2020: We mailed your new card.
1/17/2020: USPS picked your card.
1/18/2020: EAD delivered. Goodluck guys.

RFE reasons?
Hi Everyone,
I have had the most weird and frustrating experience here. I expedited my I 765 case and submitted evidence for that but my I 485 said they had received "evidence to expedite my case". Now just after two days of receiving it, my update on I 485 said they finished with my "finger print review" was done and now I got an RFE. Funny thing is, I had received a similar update at the end of July saying my finger print review was done for both I 485 and I 765. :D I have noooooo clue what's going on. I called the USCIS but the tier 1officer had no idea what was going on either and kept on reading what RFE was. Lol. At this point, all I can do is prepare for my RFE. While I wait for my notice, can anyone tell me what reasons they have gotten RFEs for I 485, if you have?

Wrong Preference Classification

PD: 08/26/2019 (Married to LPR)
I just noticed in my I-485 receipt notice that my Preference Classification is "IMMEDIATE RELATIVE OF U.S CITIZEN". However, I am married to Legal Permanent Resident!!
Is this normal?? Please respond.

We have taken action on your case
I received this morning an email with "We have taken action on your case (line break) Sign in to your account to view your case status"
I logged in and surprisingly noticed that the interview for I-485 has been scheduled and they will mail me instructions to follow. I suppose "something" is moving and that certainly gives hope.
We prayed last night with my wife and asked for a sign and it showed up. Keep faith up guys, your case will be moving at the right time.
Though I have heard zip from my EAD, I believe I am one of those cases where GC and EAD are approved simultaneously, or even GC lands before any EAD in which case it supersedes. Only God knows.

Keeping my fingers crossed.
I see cases near my pd getting approved so I am hoping to hear some good news soon. PD Sept 30 2019. Even tho my interview is in early Feb I still want to start applying for jobs.
