Hi, ALL,
I realized most ppl in the forum are suffering of some delays on processing, but keep the hope, two or my friends filing family based GC in October 2019 have received the updates of interview schedule.
My question here is more about the EAD card, because the cases I heard are both no updates on EAD while interview for 485 is ready to be scheduled. Is there any relation between these two events? EAD approval and 485 interview? Thanks.

130,131, 485, 765 received Nov.8, 2019
485, 765 fingerprints Dec.13, 2019

Hi all,
Just applied for a new EAD card. Current card expires mid-march.
that means I only have 2 months and I am hearing some scary stories about the long wait. I currently have a great job and would like to stay. As far as I am aware I will not be able to work after my current EAD card expires (A17 category) and will not be eligible for an automatic 180 day extension.
Questions:
- is there a solution to keep working for my employer?
- Any experience on California service center with EAD renewal? is it correct that it really takes 5-8 months?
- Can my employer simply terminate my contract, or do they have to put me on unpaid leave? What are the rules?

RFE - I-485
Hello everyone,
So last night I received a pink letter from USCIS requesting for Evidence from my husband (USC sponser) .. recent W2 and tax return documents ..
This is related to my I-485
I’m feeling optimistic as at least I know my case is being reviewed and not just sitting on the desk . Right ?
No news nor updates on my I-131 or I-765 .... is this normal ????

Btw nothing updated online on the website or even the apps ...

Tracking number
Does anybody else is having a problem to get a tracking number from uscis..?..my status change last friday to "de mailed your card"..but no tracking number...and I call them, talked to them,, and they did'nt have, and they did'nt know why...

case is approved
I got an update last friday said " your case is approved, and we will send you approval notice." Does that mean they will mail me the card? Or it's just approval notice? I still need to wait the update of "your card is being mailed"? How long will it take to get the card?

Congressman's help

I want to share these with you. The last 5 months has been extremely hard for me. This forum has helped me going through this.
My PD was mid August. We expedite our EAD on 11/21 and got rejected on 11/26; On Dec, we expedite again, and I got an update last friday 1/10" your case is being approved". I was so happy i thought my expedite finally went through. Friday night, we got an email from our congressman's office and forwarded me the email they got from USCIS, it says that the congressional request for my case was approved! By then I know that the congressman's office's request has helped me. I would have still waiting if just rely on my expedite!
So i suggest you guys to reach out to the local congressman, and ask for help! It worked for me. I wish everyone good luck!

I still have not received my Ead card in mail. It still says Case was approved for i 765 as of now. Is this normal??

How to ask for help from Congressperson
Hi guys, I filed my I-765 on May 31st, 2019 and update shows my bio is reviewed on July 10th, 2019. Yet to this date no update on the EAD card situation. I called the hotline on Dec 19th and recorded an inquiry, then another inquiry on Jan 10th. Neither inquiries are even assigned for processing. Processing center is NBC. Family-based C9.
Like many of you I am extremely anxious. I am trying to reach out to my district's congressperson for help. Any one can lend any tips on the matter? Should I mail or call?
