I am greatful for the little community we have here.
But I must say the forums makes it blatantly obvious how unfair the whole process is.
There are people from May that still didn't get their EAD yet and at the same time people from September that did.
It makes me sick to my stomach.
I am starting to regret we ever decided to file this and come to this country.

I got an update today that new card is being produced and my interview is next week Monday . My card won’t get to me before my interview and I was told in my letter to bring it along to the interview. What do I tell the interviewer

Case is not moving at all
Hey guys I’ve been folding this forum for a while now and I’m just wondering if anyone has been having an experience similar to mine, my case has bee at a stand still, and I don’t understand why, I don’t have any RFE notices; yet my 485 is still at finger print fee received, and it’s still being processed at NBC; they haven’t transferred it to the ATL field office as of yet, so that means I have had the interview is ready schedule update yet. I already put in two expedite requests and of course the first one was ignored, faxed evidence for both, my case is already at 174 days. My I-130 is on day 558 even after the fact my husband called and told them he was now a US citizen, but nothing has changed with that as well it’s still on case received .

It’s been a grueling 6 months and I haven’t heard anything; I’m basically stuck in limbo; nothing is moving at all. Is there anything y’all can suggest to help with my case? Every time I call them they say everything is running normally on my case; but somehow I don’t believe that at all.

L2 EAD - California - June/July 2019 filers
Folks, Firstly thanks to all the forum members for posting updates on regular basis and sharing hope.
Is there anyone here who applied to CSC for L2 EAD (initial) with RD in June/July 2019 and have had any progress off-late?
While the USCIS processing time states 05/27 as of today (01/14), I could see a good number of approvals in Jul/Aug EADs which are mainly for H4/L2 (renewals) in the Trakitt tracker.
Has anyone contacted USCIS/Emma to understand how the cases are being considered? Is priority being given to renewals over first time applicants?
