i-765 expedite
I requested to expedite my EAD for the 2nd time and I got this response today. They didn't even ask for the documents this time. I got an email stating that "Due to the high volume of expedite requests for this case type, we are strictly enforcing the criteria that has been set for these expedite requests. While your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need."

Any idea what does it mean?

Help with expedite request RFE
In Nov I had expedited for EAD. I had given reason for medical bills and mortgages. I sent detailed mail from Doctors as well as the expenses. I also gave info on the morgage we pay every month. It was rejected saying that it doesnt look important to expedite.
Can someone please suggest what docs to send?

Hello everyone!

I put in a request to expedite my ead. I received an email today for evidence. Have any of you had to get a letter from your employer and if you how does the letter go? I will ask tomorrow for them to write me a letter but don’t know how they want it. Should I also fax any additional documents? Like bills? My current ead from daca is set to expire in March and I expedited on financial loss.

Upon receipt of your request for expeditious processing, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please fax a letter from your employer, on company letterhead and signed by a company officer, stating that the company intends to terminate your employment to the following number: 816....

Thanks in advance!

EAD expedite - California Service Center - L2 EAD
I filed for EAD expedite on Monday under financial loas and got an email for submitting evidence today. I see on this forum that everyone has faxed their documents, any reason why? The email from USCIS clearly asks to email the documents to them.. isn't it simpler and faster to email?
Can I have multiple attachments in the same email? Or it has to be a single attachment of not more than 15 pages? I am getting confused by this, "Email attachment requirements:
The attachment cannot contain more than 15 pages and multiple emails for more attachments will not be accepted. Please only send ONE email. Please be sure to include English translations if the original document(s) is not in English. Attachments are only acceptable in .PDF format. Please note that other formats may not be able to be opened or read and thus may not be included with our review of your expedite request.

Did anybody send single email with multiple attachments and got accepted?
