Hello,
has anybody received STEM OPT EAD while their i-765 pending with the C9 category? I have pending GC EAD and I've applied for STEM EAD since my initial 1 year OPT EAD is expiring. So just wondering if that will be accepted or not.

E3D EAD Extension
My wife got her EAD last October 2019 until May 2020.
Both our visas expire in March 2020, I am in middle of changing the job and hope i do change before that deadline and apply for extension.
My question is until i have my new job offer i cannot apply for my wife EAD, so if i get a job in February and file for our visa extension at that time only i will have a chance to apply for her EAD right?
We live in Phoenix, so Can we send the application to Texas Centre directly as i see they are at a faster processing rate than other centers?
if not i have to sent it to California and my wife will have to quit her job eventually as i see the extension will go past May 2020 which is her current EAD status.
Please guide me in this situation.

Expedite I 485
Hi guys,
I know this is I 765 forum but I got to know while trying to figure out some questions regarding my EAD with USCIS that you could ask USCIS to expedite your I 485. Looks like there is out of normal processing time for the NBC to send your I 485 to your local office. My received date for I 485 was 3rd July, 2019. If you have similar timeline like mine or applied for I 485 ahead of July 3rd, 2019 and have no update, I would recommend that you call the agent.

Oct 18; check cashed
0ct 24 : 6 notices in mail
NO BIOMETRIC ( idk why )
Dec 31: EAD and AP approved
it still says case was approved for EAD and AP as of now.

So 202 days in , June 19 receipt date.
Yesterday i was able to do 2nd inquiry out of normal processing time
After first one i only received an email that my case is under review by the officer.
And that was 1 month ago
I also called USCIS yesterday , spoke to the first person i got in touch with.
She was very nice but the only thing she could do for me is file an inquiry , which
I did that by myself.
She also said that they see i have a target date Jan,21, 2020 , but that did not
meant anything.
So here i am 🤷
