Right now i am in L2 EAD and its expiring on feb 2020 and i already applied for extension and no update yet.
But L2 VISA is going to expire on Sep 2020,
I-94 on Oct 2020
my question here is : When i get new EAD card ,what should be the expire date??
It will be up to 2020 sep or Based on spouse L1 visa expire ??
If it is 2020 sep ,i have to renew again .Please share me any solutions/answers.

Case approved on January 7th 2020
Card mailed to me on January 8th 2020
So exited. Can't wait to get it

After two case inquires, one just made 2days ago and calling USCIS I've decided to give it a try and expedite my case through chat. I got an representative and im talking to him and explained everything.
And this is his response.
"Thank you. To clarify, the expedite request is available for application to be processed quicker than the normal processing times. Your case is outside the normal processing times, so an expedite request would not be beneficial in this situation"

Guys..just got the update my ead is being produced! These 6 months have been very challenging and depressing but this forum has kept me sane. Made me feel like I have someone to talk to and more importantly someone who understands..I hope and pray all May-July fillers get some exciting news asap, you deserve it more than anybody🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hello everyone, some of you guys probably saw me almost everyday these day.
I want to share my loooooooooong journey for EAD.
I'm currently F-1 visa, holding OPT card (OPT expires on Feb 13th, 2020)
PD: June 3rd, 2019 I-485, I-765, I-131 Filed to NBC, Married to GC holder.
Fingerprint fee was received: June 9th
Expedite request : Nov 12th
Received email to send evidence: Nov 21st
Sent evidence via fax: Nov 21st
Asked emma what is my status on expedite: Dec 9th
Request for additional information received : Dec 11th
Received 2nd email to send "severe financial loss" evidence: Dec 17th
Sent same evidence via fax :Dec 17th
Case is ready to be scheduled : Dec 20th
Interview was scheduled: Dec 23st
Received Interview Notice: Dec 30th
Expedite Request Approved: Jan 7th
New card is being produced (I guess combo card) : Jan 8th
It was a tough and long journey. Today is the date I could raise my service request for EAD and Advance Parole. I hope I get combo card next week and hopefully finish up interview well.

URGENT! HELP NEEDED ON EAD EXPEDITION
I made a request to expedite my EAD on monday and today i got an email asking me to file supporting evidence showing financial loss, emergent need or proof of pending job offer. I do have the pending job offer but i am not sure if i can show severe financial loss. Is the offer letter sufficient? Should i add my spouse's paycheck and our bills to show that me working will improve our financial situation? (My spouse income currently isn't much as he started a new job with very few hours each week). Also anyone that has gone through this process that can share a sample cover letter template would be really helpful. PLEASE Help i want to submit it today! Thanks

Expediated on 12/26, faxed doc on 12/27, no news so far.
The wait is unbearable. I feel mentally drained.

I got letter of NBC 6th August “ case update to show fingerprints were taken”
I didn’t get any response until now
Is it normal to take a long time ?
