It seems as if always there are talks about people needing jobs and this and that, so how about hiring part time uscis officials that can work on the weekends so we don’t lose 2 days of our cases sitting in a dark office? Just saying🤷🏻♀️

Interim EAD
Does anyone knows about the interim EAD... it sttes that if u uave not received a decision within 99 days.. u can get one... by calling the 8003755283 or walk into any USCIS LOCAL OFFICE and Bring proof of identity and any notification u get from USCIS about EAD CARD

RFE
Hey there.
On Sep 20 USCIS sent 2 RFE , but only arrived letter to RFE for I485 joint sponsor.
After 5 day we called to USCIS because was missed RFE for I130.
They told us request it by my account, but 1 month latter it never arrived then we called level 2 they told us call again after 30 days more. On December 17 we called again and the Level 2 was wait for 15 to 20 more days.
It could be the same RFE for I485 and I130 , why isn't attached on USCIS sistem, why after several calls , nobody can see RFE to I130 .
My question is : could share the same RFE I130 AND I485.
I485 RFE WAS RESPONDED AND REICIVED FOR USCIS.
I130 none USCIS agent knows about this RFE.
The lastest answer was talk with a Supervisor. None requests to get copy has been done or assigned.

Vermont E2 renewal
Hi, my Pd is June 26th and 2 weeks ago I received a letter asking me to send 2 photos... I immediately sent them but haven’t seen any movement since then.. the Lawfully app estimates a response mid April which I find insane so don’t want to think that is the case.

But on my I 485 already says:
12/12/2019 -interview is ready to be scheduled
But still no EAD..and i got a medical RFE on 12/10/2019
