12/02/2019: Update to expedite request received
12/05/2019: Email requesting proof for expedite
12/10/2019: Faxed proof for expedite
12/31/2019: Nothing yet, not even online saying they received my fax. I did speak with a tier 1 agent today and she said there no time frame for expedite.

Greetings everyone.. ive been Reading for sometime and just signed up.. thank you all for sharing the different experiences.. from my understanding with timing is just pure luck... Different Agents Handle the paper work differently.. just Gotta stay focus and pray... Dont lose hope... When you Think your case is bad, Someone out there is worst.. just did my finger print Dec 10. Hello everyone, I call to put in an expedited request on 12/24/19

and it say " expedited request denied because they didn't receive any evidence of extreme hardship.

I-765 Status Changed to New Card Is Being Produce

The status of my I-765 Application just changed today to "New Card Is Being Produce"
I wanted to share this with everyone so you know they are still working on our cases. Hopefully your cases will also get approve soon. If you want to know my time line and case info just click on my user name. Few months back I posted my entire timeline.

L1B and L2 Extension
Hi all,
Need your help.
My husband is on L1B and me on L2 dependent with i94 expiring in April 2020 and visa expiring in June 2020.
Applying for extension in premium processing now. Currently we both are working in US.
My L2 EAD is expiring on August 2021.
Have few questions:
1. L1B and L2 both goes for premium processing or just L1B?
2. Can L1B can still work with the extension receipt if visa is not approved?
2. Can L2 dependent still work with the extension receipt if visa is not approved? (EAD is applicable till Aug 2021)

Hopefully it brings a little hope to everyone here.
I applied my EAD card through marriage, and I’m currently on H-1B VISA until the end of this year.
I called and expedited my I-765 on 12/2/2019 after 60 days, and faxed supporting documents to the specific fax number they provided within 4 days.
I’ve been waiting with no update until 12/26/2019 and kept reading this forum. Finally, my case was updated to “new card is being produced”. Surprisedly my I-131 was also approved on 12/27/2019.
Today, 12/30/2019, I received two I-797 forms of I-765 and I-131. Fingers crossed that the EAD combo card can be mailed to me soon so I can go back to work in January.
I’m writing this to let people know that USCIS is still working during the holiday. Hopefully we can all get the EAD or green card as smooth as possible :)

Anyone else feel like this week and last week they’re not actually working because it’s the holidays and they’re all just chatting and hanging around at their offices? You know, like most people do at work around this time of the year?
