Another week, another prayer... I am a June 3 filer NBC married to USC. No EAD, no updates since June 27.
I went ahead and used a "trick" I learned in this forum. If you have a valid question like me, type "live chat" on the Emma chat window and you will be redirected to a human being. They confirmed my case is being processed and should I not receive any updates by 01/03 I could inquire online...
I already added EAD on my letter to Santa... he won't for get me!

So happy to share that my case got approved today, just now!!
I'm a L2 renewal filer - Vermont! One attempt to expedite (denied) and after 10 days I got finally “case approved”.

August filing
It looks like some August applicant got their EAD. I want to get this thread going. Here is our timeline, file at NBC, married, i-485 filed EAD.
PD: 8/19
Finger print recieved on 9/12
Expedited on :11/21
Expedite denied on: 11/25
Got job offer, not sure how long they can wait! Getting super anxious here!

L2 EAD - Vermont/June 5 Filer

Looks like vermont is getting things faster after thanksgiving and before christmas vacation. I filed for my wife on Jun 5 (RD) and Dec 05 the status changed to New card and mailed on Dec 06. Yet to receive the card in hand. Hope this information helps people filed in Jun1st or 2nd week.
My wife's case is a renewal of L2 EAD.
