I765
Hi everyone,
Dose anyone have a experience to submit Outside Normal Processing Time on USCIS case status page?
If so, could you advise me how long time it takes to get approval and I765 card?
I filed to NBC in May 20th.

Thank you very much.

Hi
I would like to update my experience with H4 EAD application process.

Processing center : Vermont
Application received : 24 Sep 2019
Application Approved : 09 Dec 2019

My experience with the system has been satisfactory, given the official timelines are now between 5.5 to 7.5 months.

All the best to future applicants.

NBC August Fillers (Marriage-Based)
These freaking Live Chat Agents are like Robots. Just Copy - Pasting what is already there on the website. Why would we contact them if we need answers to what is already there on their website??
They don't even read our questions!

So So Frustrated!!!

H4 EAD approved, July filer, Nebraska
Hi all! I am a silent reader of this forum. I finally received an update from the USCIS on my email this morning that my H4-EAD (applied for the first time) has been approved and card sent for production. I had filed on 24th July this year and the processing office was Nebraska. Fingerprints were done on 14th August in Los Angeles.

I had not raised any SR or expedite requests. It has been a difficult journey since I was working full-time at a renowned consulting firm before I moved to US from India post-marriage. I know many of us are in the same boat and the wait is extremely trying. I lost my patience multiple times and got frustrated. Eventually, I started taking it as one day at a time and thankfully, the wait is now over. I can now concentrate on securing a job for myself and get back to building my career once again.

Most importantly, I thank you all for actively sharing your experiences via this forum. It kept me going all this time and every approval news for someone else gave hope and motivation to me that my approval would also come.

What’s the point
I expedited my ead application three weeks ago and even faxes over the evidence they requested; and still nothing. I called them today an d they told me I have to wait 30-60 days before I hear anything. Honestly this is absurd!! What’s the point if expediting anyway if I have to wait another 30-60 days? How is this fair? How is it also fair that people who applied way after me received their ead cards? I have medical bills piling up; and I’m still still recovering from my cornea transplant which requires frequent doctor visits; those doctor’s visits don’t pay themselves; to top it off I have to start saving for my wedding; how if I don’t even have a work permit to work ? I’m so annoyed right niw
