Request for RFE
So after a long wait I finally got an alert today from USCIS.
PD 7/1/19 I-130
I-485 & I-765 Sent on September
Bio completed 9/30
12/4 My case is being actively reviewed by USCIS Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time We will let you know if we need anything from you. But down in the bottom of this notice it states a letter was sent out for an RFE. I am so confused. I am the US Citizen application of NBC thru marriage. Any idea of what they will ask? The only thing I didn't do was send them my passport pictures.

EAD judicial office review
Hi Guys,
We are applying EAD through i-485 for my husband UK citizen. I am U.S citizen. Our timeline is:
PD: 8/19
Finger print received on 9/12
no updated on USCIS since finger print was received. We did expedite request on 11/21, it was denied. So we called in to ask them why it got denied. The officer on the phone said he doesn't know why it got denied, in the system it shows the file is currently on judicial's office desk for judicial review? Does anyone know what does that mean? Does that mean they are looking at it and going to make a decision soon???
He got a job offer and we are not sure how long the company is willing to wait!
I have been reading a lot on this forum. Realizing so many people are going through the same thing does help me with my anxiety!

Request For Evidence
Hey everyone,
I am a USC and married an immigrant that has been living in the states on a student visa since grade school.
Our petition date is 07-16-2019
But we received a request for evidence: wanted another copy of my US birth certificate for his I-485.
His fingerprints have been processed as of 08-14-2019 and now have "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received" dated 10-01-2019....
Has anyone ever encountered this? What could our timeline be looking like now? Could the request for more information be impacting his 765?

Expedite Denied AGAIN
I told them I lost my job November 22nd. Told them I have a sick daughter with over 90 medical claims this year. That I have to save, budget and pay for her medical bills with my husband and wecare going to struggle with losing my wage. Told them I can provide all the evidence they need. Case assigned to an officer yesterday, email just received today saying expedite denied. I didn't send enough evidence, that they didn't even ask for. I am so so fed up it is beyond belief. I don't know how people manage to get their cases expedited, I really don't.

Hi all,
After 5 months, USCIS updated my status to "New Card is Being Produced" as of 12/2. Does anyone know how long it'll typically take until I receive the card in hand? I am so antsy as you can imagine.

L2 EAD Vermont
My PD at Vermont is 6/14/19.
I have tried to expedite in October and was denied.
I have checked today and for the second time the process dates have moved back with a month.
Lost my job in the meantime.
What is the success if you enquire after 180 days?
Is it better to go and speak to someone at a field office?

09/25/2019: I-485, I-765, I-131, I-130 delivered to Chicago
10/01/2019: Received notifications for all forms
10/11/2019: Fingerprint review was completed
11/01/2019: Expedite Request for I-765
11/12/2019: Additional Documents Received for Expedite
11/22/2019: I-485 case ready for Interview
12/03/2019: EAD New card is being produced!!
It takes about 3 weeks to get the final decision for the Expedite Request.

Got my fingerprints September 13, and my last update is September 25, who say “fingerprints review was completed”.
I know they have delay right now, but since I’m over those “99 days period time”, you guys suggest me to call the USCIS, or is better way little bit more? If you call them, they are able to give you any time frame or understand better how long I should wait more for my EDA?
