Good morning everyone,
My status updated today to “expedite request approved”. Does anyone know what exactly that means- like am I waiting to get a message that my card is being produced or? I am asking because at the bottom it says something about a “final decision”.

Case inquiry?
Hey guys,
I just submitted case inquiries for my EAD & AP. Does any of you have experience with this? They said I should hear something back within a month but what will I hear back? An actual decision or some BS like "we're working on it" or "it's within normal processing times" (clearly, it's not).
My RD is May 13 2019, marriage based GC, got a RFE in August and they received my response September 9. Since then nothing.
Please share if you have any idea what comes next. Thank you!!

10/17 Got C797 for all forms
Since then nothing no biometrics notice or appointment. I called them and asked a few times I did a service request after 30 days for biometrics appointment got a email the next days saying within normal processing time.
Is anyone having this problem with there biometrics taking so long.

10/8/19 - - - Filled out and sent i-131 travel Parole Advance from to USCIS
10/22/19 - - - Got letter NOA accepted Travel document
I hope I can get some good new anytime this month( fingers cross) i feel so stress that I can not even work and make money.

Submitted my EAD/AP renewal on April 18, 2019.
Application is out of processing time already. Had submitted SR last week with no response yet. Application is in NBC.
Anybody in similar situation?

Took long enough
We filed for renewal of my 765 and my PD date was April 17, 2019. My 180 day default extension would have run out February 2020. USCIS ignored two outside service times and a congressional inquiry on my renewal.
Last week, I received an update that my renewal 765 card was (finally) sent to production November 26th, was produced November 29th, and today was picked up by USPS. The tracking number provided says it will be here on December 5th.
For context, I am AOS (C09 married to USC). My 485 interview was October 2018 (yes, 2018) and is outside of service time. They keep saying "administrative review" and ignore congressional inquiries. My husband and I have been married for EIGHT YEARS and have three children. I work for immigration attorneys who have told me that USCIS is just getting progressively slower.

I am still waiting for my expedite request.
My 131, 765, 485 PD is June 3rd. NBC filed.
I already submitted evidence via fax on Nov 21st. but no update yet.
Anyone approved from expedite? How long did it take?

Delay in EAD
On 7th October they were processing the cases for 6th May at Vermont centre and today on 2nd Dec they are processing the cases for 4th May. Any idea what is happening? Why are they delaying it so much?
