L2 EAD June 2019 Filer Vermont
Hi everyone,
I've been checking in on this forum every now and then, it kept me hopeful during the long wait for my EAD. My card was approved after 169 days and is finally showing a "Card is being mailed to me" status.
My case was a new EAD application against my L2 visa and my case was received at the Vermont center on June 19, 2019. I tried expediting my case through a senator and then on my own again. Both times the expedite requests were rejected in spite of having a job offer submitted as proof.
The processing timelines have been increasing lately and I just wanted to share in case there are other June filers out there waiting for an approval. Hang in there!

i applied for AOS july 31th
biometrics done sept 12th
biometrics received sept 13th
I requested premium process for 1-140 nov 5th
got RFE for 1-140 nov 22nd
uscis received RFE 5th December
1-765 and 1-131 approved 5th december
does approval of 1-1765 and 1-131 guarantee approval of 1-140 and 1-485?

Outside Normal Processing Time L2 - question
Hey guys,
I was wondering if you guys know more about what USCIS consider as outside normal processing time. Reading this info here: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt
I've noticed it's mentioned the following:
"If your application type is not listed in the processing time table on our website, our goal is to make a decision on your application within 6 months of filing. Please wait six months before submitting an inquiry"
In case of L2, the type is not listed, but included in "all other applications" category- https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ . Anyone have tried to submit a SR based on this fact? Please let me know, I have reached 183 long days mark today.

Job Offer EAD
Hello everyone, quick question to see you if I can get any suggestion, I requested an expedited to my EAD card today they send an email requesting from a job offer. I requested the expedited for financial losses the agent told they have a list of document that they can request.
My question is that they requested the one that I don't have :( is there any way to request them to receive another type of documentation?

EAD renewal approved
Finally my EAD renewal is approved on 12/04 after a harrowing wait of 222 days. Below is the timeline:
Category: Pending I-485 under EB1A category, First EAD/AP card expired on 06/03/19
04/26/19 - EAD/AP renewal application received by USCIS
05/10/19 - Receipt notice received
10/14/19 - e-SR raised due to outside normal processing time
10/18/19 - Got reply that it can take upto 60 days from SR raising date before approval
11/26/19 - Expedited the case citing financial loss.
11/26/19 - Case updated on the website that expedite request rejected due to lack of evidence when I did not receive any email to send evidence.
11/27/19 - Spoke to agent and got info that expedite request is applicable only if the case is not assigned to any officer. Since my case was already with an officer, the case cannot be expedited. Hence rejected.
12/01/19 - Submitted information to Ombudsman for help. Received acknowledgement the same day.
12/04/19 - Status updated to "New Card Is Being Produced"
My case was processed at Nebraska. Best of luck of all out there still waiting. You can fight this thing out.
