EAD approval
On October 3rd I got an email saying that my expedite request has been approved and I will get a decision within 45 days which was November 18. No decision yet. Raised another request but nothing so far. My current EAD expired and I am about to loose my job. This is crazy what is happening.

Traveled on Advance Parole combo card
I drove to Vancouver on Dec 1st 2019 for a day trip from Seattle. On the way back at the US checkpoint, the officer told me that I will have to be Paroled and it is " A no big deal" . I was directed to proceed to a secondary inspection.

It was around midnight and there was a shift change for the officers so had to wait about 10-15 mins. Apart from that, just a couple basic questions regarding my local address and what application for AOS is pending on thats it.

It was all so simple and the officer mentioned to feel free to travel as long as the EAD/AP card is valid.

I live in California but filed at NBC

7/11 - USCIS Receive Date
8/5 - Biometrics
9/11 - I-485 changed to "ready to schedule for interview"
11/12 - USCIS received request to expedite case
11/15 - Expedite Request was completed (didn't receive any email further regarding sending

EAD expedite
Hello all,
My case was received July 25th. Marriage based.
If I try to expedite it based of a Job offer, and it works. Will I receive a COMBO card or just the EAD? Please advice if possible!

Thank you!

11/28- I received an email with a tracking number (Re-shipment notification) but no tracking status yet

I feel it’s related to EAD. But I check my 765 case status, it still shows fingerprints completed

Anyone has the same situation?

EAD married based NBC Texas
Hi folks,

I am a June 2019 filer I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765... no EAD yet, no updates. As many of you in need for work to provide for my 3 kids!

Here's my timeline:
PD: June 2
Receipt date: June 27
BIO: July 15
I-485 interview ready to be scheduled: Oct 19

I filed through attorney he says delays have reached and sometimes passsed the 7 month limit...

Interestingly enough status for I-765 states "form G-28 was rejected because it was improperly filed". My attorney says don't worry about it since I had biometrics appoinment complete. Anyone having experience with this message?

Keeping faith up and (as every day) praying for the good news this week.

Thanks!
