June filer... still no update
I filed I-539 & I-765 on 6/24. (E3D visa & EAD card). Bio was done on 7/18. No update since then.. Tried to expedite but was denied.

Just marked 5 months couple days ago. Was really upset that theEAD card is taking so long (was forced to unpaid leave), but now all I care is that I could get the visa and be able to get on the flight home on Christmas that I booked 6 months ago...

Hello,

Could someone confirm if the expedite request need to be raised for I-539 or I-765? when both are filed separately.

OR should we raise expedite request for both?

L2 EAD Renewal Expedited
L2 EAD Renewal at Vermont PD 06/05/2019
Logged an expedited request. Got denied today without asking for evidence. Had additional info in email sent by USCIS:

A review of electronic systems indicates that your application is currently with an Immigration Service Officer. You should receive a decision notice or notice of other action within 30 days of the date of this letter.

Does anyone have similar experience and did you file another expedited request immediately?

EAD possible delay
Just a thought, I’m wondering if our USC spouse poverty level or income has anything to do with how fast or longer some of us gets our EAD too? Anyone thinks this is a factor?

Delayed EAD Renewal
I submitted my renewal for my EAD on April 15th, biometrics were reviewed on April 30th but there has been no update on the case since then. I escalated via the ‘overdue processing’ case status but received the average response that my case was in line to be reviewed and to call in 60 days if I had heard nothing. The case is at Nebraska.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
