Vermont L2 EAD case - card is being produced
Hi all, received some amazing news just now, extremely happy. Cannot be any happier.. Cannot actually believe this is true and really hope this is not a glitch on USCIS website. It says "New Card Is Being Produced"
Vermont. L2 EAD. RD June 18. No SR. No expedite. Have not spoken to officers via phone or EMMA.Just waiting patiently and nothing else. Hope this will give hope to people around our date

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences! It gives me hope to see other people's cases being completed while waiting for my EAD.
I just wanted to share with you how my process is going. I got married with a US citizen in June. I filed July 8th and my case is in NBC. I got an RFE on Sept 6th. What was very annoying was that I am 110% sure that the piece of evidence they asked for (marriage certificate) was already among the papers in my original filing. Either they must have somehow lost it or they just did not see it among all the other papers. I called USCIS to explain this but they just told to send a new copy.
Well, I sent a new one, although it was clearly not my fault and because of it my case was on hold for two weeks. Not a significant amount of time in the grand scheme of things, but still super annoying.
My biometrics review was completed on Oct 8th (Minnesota) and case was ready to be scheduled for interview on Oct 17th. Since then, nothing.
Almost five months and counting, trying to stay positive and avoid cabin fever...
Does anyone else from Minnesota have experiences to share?

Filled for expedite November 15
November 22 status changed to “additional evidence received” I didn’t even send any evidence
Today November 25 status changed to “new card is being produced “
Anyone know how long it will take to get the card??

Hi I am August 8th filer from Virginia ( Marriage based) @NBC, no update on EAD I-765 yet, nor I-485 interview schedule.No update on I -130.
Biometric done Set 4th.

My status did change today. My card is being produced.
Folks I’m so happy. You don’t know even how much I am!!!
My PD date is 6/6/2019. I’m from NYC. NBC is processing.
Jesus I was so sad for a long time and today that changed. I’m in the park and I’m jumping because I can’t believe it. Finally I can go and make some money as normal human being!!!!!!!!!

3.5/4 month wait time experience (C09)
Just to share our experience and timeline through NBC applying for green card, advance parole, and work permit.
August 2: PD
September 12: biometrics appointment.
October 2nd: Ready to be scheduled for interview.
November 25: Received letters in the mail notifying approval of work permit and advance parole. Letters dated November 20th.
However, the green card appointment will likely take some time as our office is Sacramento.
Good luck to applicants and those waited! I have no idea if it helped to do this through a lawyer but I'm very happy it was so quick.

Can Pending biometrics cause delay in EAD/ EAD expedite Request
Hi Folks,
I have filed for L2 extension & EAD concurrently on 24th Sept. My spouse's L1 got approved on Oct 2nd . Here is my timeline after that:
16th Oct : BIO done.
31st Oct : Filed for L2 EAD expedite request @ California center.
4th Nov : USCIS replied & asked for supporting docs
5th Nov : Submitted docs via any EMAIL
Since then there isn't any traction on the EAD expedite request not even acknowledgment on the document received. I already checked with tier 2 officer & he suggested me to wait for 30 days.

Expedite EAD
Hi all,
is it possible to expedite EAD if you have an offer from another company?
TN visa and applied for I-485 (single) through my mother in July 10 (unfortunately, I did not apply for EAD at the same time)
BIO for i-485 completed on August 20
Applied for EAD on Nov 10 (for the first time)
BIO is completed Nov 15 (since BIO was done in August for i-485)
I have a job offer that i can not accept it until i receive my EAD (I can work for my current company until my TN visa Expire in 12 months). Can I expedite my process? I would appreciate the help.
