Vermont Processing Times move back again.
They're now quoting 5.5-7.5 months.
This is ridiculous. They just move it back every month.
We've been waiting for our L2 EAD since May 31st.
Meanwhile I've seen people who have had L2 EAD's from late June processed!
How can they justify processing cases who are weeks and thousands of cases later than ours?

EAd being produced
Finally, after 207 days my EAD card is being produced. I am so happy! For my I485 is still on case ready to be scheduled for interview since Oct 30th, haven’t received any updates on that.

I’m really excited because I know I’m not the only one who checks up to 3 times a day every day. Not gonna lie cried a little. And to finally see something changing is just the best.
I’ve seen people whose cases stay in that status for months...

Expediting as a L2 renewal
Just curious if anyone had claimed 'loss of earnings' on their L2 EAD renewal expedite yet? Because surely this wouldn't be acceptable as our L1 should be the 'main earner'?? So they are bound to reject it?

I'm waiting for my EAD or green card, applied in August and my 485 is at waiting for interview to be scheduled. My wife is pregnant at the moment and she is the only one paying the Bill's. Can I use that as a reason to expedite the process?

How long does it take to get the EAD/Interview schedule

NYC long island filer. Adjusting from B1. Filed SOA on August 10. Case ready to be scheduled for an interview Since october 8. Till now neither the interview is scheduled nor the EAD is approved? Any idea how long it will take to schedule an interview in this area? I hope someone in this group can give an idea about the wait :)

Case status just updated to "Expedited request approved"
Current authorization expires 12/28
PD: July 26th 2019
11/04 : REquested expedite I765 (Financial loss)
11/07 received email to fax documents
11/08 Case status chnaged to "Expedited request received"
11/11 Faxed cover letter/job continuation / turmination notice to uscis
11/21 Status changed to "Expedition request approved"
Anyone know how soon they produce new card once expedition request gets approved?

Finally l2 ead approved. Vermont
Hi folks, finally my ead is approved and new card produced.
Prioirty date:19th of June
Raised twice rejected twice.
Today approved.
Good luck to everybody. I lost my job in this process and it was painful.
