How long does it take to receive the SSN and Green Card after the EAD Card? please

I know every case is different, but I would like to know
1) How long does it take to receive the SSN (applied with the new application) after receiving the EAD Card, and
2) How long normally takes to receive the Green Card after the EAD Card? please

L2 EAD Renewal- Vermont
Hi, I have submitted for my L2 EAD renewal on Aug 10,2019 and my EAD expires in Jan 18, 2020. I have called USCIS to expedite my request on Nov 12, but in USCIS my case was updated as expedite request Denied. I am employed currently and worried if i lose my Job. What is the way to expedite the request. Appreciate your help!

About i485s so let me clear up some things:
Guys, your interview being scheduled has to do mostly with
1) your geographical location; location of your USCIS Field Office and what their backlog is.
2) the type of your application and your T2 Officer.
It has NOTHING (to the best of my knowledge) to do with your concurrent i765 application which is only supposed to serve as an interim benefit that’s dependent on the outcome of your i485

Are processing times for citizens only?
Are the processing times shown on USCIS website (https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/) for relatives of US citizens only or do they apply to all (relatives of LPR and US citizens). I applied for AoS based on marriage to LPR, and waiting for my EAD. Will the processing time for NBC (EAD) apply to me for will my case take much longer because my spouse is LPR

Almost 30 days no receipt notice
I sent my AOS EAD AP documents last october 23, 2019 in NBC. I haven’t received any text notification or Physical receipt notice as of today. But the cheque has been cashed 3days ago. Anyone in same boat?

I am June filer and tomorrow marks 5 months waiting. I see some June filer getting the card, but wanted to know if expedite request will make it faster?

Recieved Courtesy letter that my medicals missing and that i should bring them to the interview.
No EAD yet.
Anybody has any idea what this courtesy letter mean? Does is mean that the interview date is soon?
Any other Sept filers?

Still waiting...
PD for ead and i-485 was October 14th and still havent received a biometrics appointment by 20th November,, anyone else experiencing this? Is this nornal?
