EAD EXPEDITE REQUEST
Hello,
I submitted an expedite request last week and USCIS received on November 12. The last update I received was: "On November 15, 2019, your request to have your case expedited, referral number **** *, was completed."
I didn't get anything further...aren't I supposed to send in evidence? Or does it usually take a few days for them to reach out.
Any input would be great. I have been pending my i-765 since July 11th...this is killing me.

General question
So what happens when you expedite and don’t quite have a job offer, but (due to things outside of your control) will have one say in a one weeks time but USCIS is asking for evidence right now!?

I know that every case is different, but I would like to share my timeline.
May 30, 2019, They received my case (i765 and 485) based on Marriage with a US citizen, NBC
June 27, 2019, Biometrics was done.
After that 4 months of silent, I'm not going to lie, It was a hard time.
November 13, 2019, They ordered a new Card.
November 14, 2019, Case approved.
November 15, 2019, The new card was mail.
November 18, 2019, Post Office picked up the card.
November 19, 2019, Card was delivered.
Some questions that people are asking:
1. Tracking number: for this, I got the info from my account in https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
I got the tracking the same day that the system displayed the message of Post office picked up the card.
2. I had two different account to check my status:
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
and
https://myaccount.uscis.gov/
the first one updates the info more periodically than the second one.
I hope this info helps people to have hope for the news in their cases.

Agent chat useless
Hi everyone,
Just frustrating when you try to chat with a live agent through Emma and they can’t help you at all only giving you the sma info you can get online just the processing tie line.
What the point of having that option to chat with live agent..
PD 7/23/2019 haven’t got any update on my EAD..
The I-485 updtae case ready to schedule for an interview and received a courtesy letter for medical exam but not to send anything by mail yet.
Frustrating at 100%

Help with EAD expedite
Hi everyone,
We filed I-130 and I-485 on 10/2/2019 and got a PD 10/3/2019. I also applied for the EAD/AP card with the package. My current OPT EAD expires on 12/15/2019 so I requested to have my EAD/AP expedited on the phone and here is my timeline
10/24/19 called USCIS and requested expedite
10/30/19 received email asking me to fax supporting documents
10/30/19 documents faxed on the same day
11/9/19 cased was updated to "on 11/7/19 evidence was received and request was assigned to an
officer for review"
The case status has remained the same since then. Anyone has experience with this? How long do I need to wait to have an update. I called them several times but every time they just tell me to wait. Any help would be great. I am worried that I will not be able to work after 12/15/19
