Lost driver’s license
Hey guys, May filer here with no EAD, still waiting. I lost my driver’s license (well, my whole wallet actually) and I’m sensing that this is the ultimate sign of bad luck. Since my driver’s license was delivered to me back when I had a F1 visa, am I able to get a replacement one? To add insult to injury it’s a California driver’s license and I now live in NY.
Do I have to wait for the green card to get another one? If not, do I have to retake the test in NY?

URGENT
Hello everyone, recently i filed through marraige with a US Citizen. ive been told that first my EAD will arive, then after my Greencard.. is this information factual? I applied for I75 & I45

So, I have a job interview in a few days, and it’s for a job that will provide.
I filed about 4 months ago at NBC (AOS C9), done bio 3+ months ago , and no EAD in sight.
What do people do in my situation? So stressful.

I’m an April filer and still no sign of my EAD. Here’s my timeline:
- RD: April 18 2019
- biometrics: May 15 2019
- RFE: June 20, 2019
- courtesy medical notice: July 12 2019
- interview ready to be scheduled: July 16 2019
Since then I’ve heard absolutely nothing! Application is with NBC. I’m going on 7 months without being able to work legally or travel. Any April filters out there who have received their EAD yet? I’m supposed to be traveling in December but right now, it’s looking unlikely.

Vermon L2 EAD Cases
Hi everyone waiting for their EAD to be approved at Vermont center. How is it going? I can see a lot of activity in the Tracker App, so hopefully people are getting some good news. Mostly, I can see a lot of approved cases for Mid May-early June.
Ours RD is June 18, really hope to receive the card by December.

I filed my concurrent I-130,I-485 and I-765 on May the 14th
West Virginia based, then moved to TX before the biometric, not sure if that has affected the timing!
I-765 was transferd to NBC in Missouri soon after
Below is my case timing
May 17 : Checks cashed
May 19 : Receipt notice I-797 for all 3 forms
Called a million time to inform uscis that I haven’t received my biometric appointment with no hope.
August 27 : biometric appointment received&completed ( 3+ months from the RD!!!! )
Spt 9 : Case I-485 Ready to be scheduled for an interview
Spt 24 : I-765 Finger prints received/processed
Nov 7 : EAD Card was mailed to you
Nov 10 : EAD card received today ( 7 days shy of 6 months ! )
I-485 still waiting for the interview
