Processing Times at NBC
I refer in this comment to NBC because as I have read in this forum seems to be the most common service center that people usually queries in this thread. First of all, those processing times are a very bad estimation, they are not even processing March 24th, at least not all of them. I happen to know a person who filed in April 26th and received the ead by October 12th. Secondly let us clarify what means "receipt date for case inquiry". As you can see in the uscis page is the upper bound, the highest limit for the processing time of a case, it is not the date that they are currently processing. If tour case finds before that date you can submit a claim against uscis. With that being said, since they want us to be self sufficient that's probably why they are delaying the process so much. I don't buy that **** that they have collapsed for the amount of ead being processed right now. I have had to work under the table because it is the only manner to survive in this country.

timeline

EAD card produced 09/19/2019
I765 and I131 approved 09/20/2019
EAD card mailed 09/23/2019
EAD combo in hand 09/26/2019 + approval letter ( i got EAD combo after 10 months. i aint got to use it because interview 1 month later )
Interview done on 10/29/2019
( that went quick . the IO was a nice lady . my lawyer missed to check 2 questions on my I485 form but she fixed it for me and just asked me to confirm my name, date of birth , my address , my wife date of birth , date of marriage and a few YES or NO questions and asked my wife how and when we met . That's it . )

Green card approved and mailed on 11/01/2019
Green card in hand on 11/04/2019

A advise : do not want for your lawyer to do everything. we have to stand up and fight for your right. I did all SR by myself called the USCIS . I didnt go to the interview with my lawyer because i could not afford to pay the rest of the money.
Do not loose hope. Good luck to everyone

Still Waiting
Hi guys, I've been a silent reader for quite some time now. My RD is March 29, 2019 (1-485, i-765, i130, i-131 NBC)

Raised an SR on September 10, 2019.

Will raise another on November 11, 2019.

Very depressing not being able to work, but a lot of you guys give me the motivation to keep waiting, honestly considering going back home.

Any other March filers out there?

Thank you guys for responding and congrats to all those who have gotten through!

L2 EAD Card Not Delivered
Hi Friends,
My Case on L2 EAD received in April was approved and card was sent last week by vermont center. However, USPS has something wrong in delivering it. I am following up with USPS.

1. Can I start working with the proof that my case was approved or the physical card must be in hand?

2. Is there a way to leverage a soft copy for starting work?

Please help.

Confused with EAD processing time
Hi Guys

Please kindly throw your inputs here.
I can see at NBC USCIS is processing Dec 17 2018 cases as of today but i can see in this group many who filed in May 2019 and all getting their EAD approved.
How that's possible ?
So we cant trust the timelines on https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

I-765 approval notice
hi guys,
I’m a silent reader of this forum from the date I filed all document i465, i130, and i765 at NBC. I have been waiting from May 20, 2019. I got the approval notice in my mailbox today. I’m so excited!!! Approval date was Oct 31,2019. yet there is no update for online status. The only is change my status online for form i465 on August 07,2019 which said that my case was ready to be scheduled for an interview. so your turn is coming!!! I think uscis have problem with their online system at this point.
now my question is how long to get the EAD card after approval letter?

Status updates
I have two accounts. The MyUscis and the check status account. My PD is July 25. Marriage based. My EAD/AP still shows case received etc. Will the status change when they approve the EAD? Or will I just receive the EAD in the mail?
Can someone please explain what will happen once the EAD is approved? In terms of “card being produced” and the shipping of it etc. just seen people writing about tracking numbers for the delivery etc. Does it come in the mail or actually delivery at the door?
Houston based, case is at NBC.
Thank you.
