PD JAN18 2019 NBC. AOS married to USC. Filed in Dallas TX
Biometric feb 12
Expedite request sometime in July
1st SR July 30th was never assigned
2nd SR Sept 4th assigned to officer on Sept 16th and completed Sept 18th.

So after response to request of evidence(expedite request) was faxed for financial loss, I still haven't gotten a response, however I got an email today based on my 2nd SR on Sept 4th saying.....
The status of this service request is:
Due to workload factors not related to you case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner.

My question is where do I go from here? will it be wise again to raise another ER or SR? Or should I just forget about it and whenever uscis is ready they would send my card. Please lets rub mind if you are in this same situation or have gone through this situation. This process is
the worst emotional trauma I've experienced in a very long while. Sadly we don't have control of anything. Thanks

EAD approved NBC PD 05/13/19
Hi guys,

Another silent reader here. I just wanted to share my experience:

-PD May 13th 2019 at NBC. Filed for EAD based on Adjustment of Status (marriage)
-Fingerprint Review Completed on May 29
-On September 7 I submitted an expedite request based on financial hardship through Emma.
-Three days later I received an email asking to fax a job offer (I didn't mention anything about a job offer in my conversation with the representative but fortunately I had one).
-Case status showed no changes.
-I faxed the offer and email they sent me on 9/11.
-On Sept 17 case status changed to "New Card is Being Produced"

I really encourage everyone to submit an expedite request (I didn't use the help of any lawyer or representative). I think it really depends on the team that is looking at your case for the expedite so you might get lucky and get your card soon!

All the best to everyone in this forum!

EAD status Case Closed Benefit Received by other means
Today my case status of EAD (I-765) and AP (I-131) changed to :

On September 17, 2019, we closed your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number MSC **** ***, because the applicant or petitioner received a status or benefit through other means.

I submitted expedite request for outside of normal processing time, filled EAD + AP renewal in January 2019. I did't received green card as well and don't have other status to continue work here... Not sure why they changed this status and what is meaning of this status any one know about it or seen this type of status ?

I was expecting EAD+AP combo card but this case status worrying me not sure what is it ?

Expedite request
Guys just got this email from USCIS

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Your Case Status: Acceptance

On September 17, 2019, we received your request for expedited processing on your Form I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION, Receipt Number MS#{>{€{£|£\¥. We are reviewing your request and will notify you if we need additional information. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

During the acceptance step USCIS reviews newly received applications and petitions to ensure that they are properly filed (i.e. signed by the applicant, appropriate fees, etc.) USCIS issues a receipt number for the application or petition, and sends a receipt notice to the applicant or petitioner. Applications and petitions that are not properly filed are rejected with an explanation of why the application is rejected and the corrective action needed. Rejected applications or petitions do not retain their filing date. The acceptance step is typically completed within 2 business days of when the application is received. With mail time it may take several weeks for you to get the receipt or rejection notice in the mail. If you do not receive your notice within 30 days of mailing your application, please contact our national customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Does it mean it’s going to be approved? How long do you guys think it will take me to get my EAD

Have been 200 days since I filled my case

New card is being produced
My EAD was approved on September 11. The status changed to "New card is being produced". Do you know how long might it take to receive a card? I live in Texas and my petition was submitted to NBC. Do you know if I can call and ask them from a tracking number? Thanks
