Nov 2018 filer NBC question
So i got that weird answer after second SR that my case is under review which i hope is good news. Anyways my lawyer told me that all these processing centers like Texas, NBC they just collect fees and do initial processing and then cases go to local office and thats why cities like NYC or Texas takes forever to process. Can somone confirm this claim by my lawyer???

November 2018 filer still no EAD!!!! Got answer on second SR please share your experience with me
So nov 23 2018 receipt date, did bio end of december nothing since then waited end of aug since processing time was 8.5 months and i think my lawyer lied when they say how they called USCIS cause if they did wouldnt it be online that SR was submitted???? Anyways my online status is “case was received” for almost 10 months now. This forum was so helpful and a lot of people had experience with their lawyers do not care they only want our money and not fight for us it is really sad to be honest. After all experiences i have read in last 2 months I decided to file first SR on my own online on aug 1 which was never assigned so on sep 3 i contacted rep thru emma and she opened another SR starting with T1 and on sep 12 it got assigned and conpleted and on my email i got this message:

Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.
Can someone please share if they got approved after getting this message....
I also filed with obudsman and they responded to be on sep 12 that they sent inquiry to USCIS about my case and they will let me know when they answer back.

My case has been processing for 253 days now, I submit a E-request over 30 days not have been assigned to an officer. My lawyer asked me to just wait and that can months before an answer he said.

I think this will help someone I applied for i130,i485 based mariage it was on 2017 they approved my case and sent me employment card after the interview they denied my case because the person that was doing the paperwork for me did it Wong and my wife wasn’t usc
After that I waited until my wife finished her citizenship on 12/18/2018 I reapply again they sent me employment card on March 3 months later , they sent the card to the wong zip code so I called uscis every day twice a day to resend it to me they said I have to talk to a second level officer I couldn’t find one one day I called early 8:00 in the morning I find the second level officer and talked to him he said they will send it back to me in 3 months or less I never received it I finally found the same week they schedule my interview. Interview was great the didn’t even ask me one question she said she will approve the case later she really did coz later after the interview I checked my case online the said case approved and next day checked again they said i485 approved and card being processed and the next week wishes this week card in my hand 10 years praise the lord.
When you try to call uscis call early like 8:00 am after you dialed the 1800 number type 1246 then put your case # you gonna talk to an officer straight with putting on hold. Guy be patient have faith pray God WITH GOD EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
Any question ask me I will answer anything good luck everyone I declare in the name of JESUS everybody got their green card like I do bye
