Faxed job offer and cover letter explaining my situation also copy of my mother in law’s eviction letter because husband lost his job and can’t pay her rent anymore
Faxed everything 8/02 one hour after I received the email
8/06 went on live chat to find out what’s happening officer told me the officer is working on my case but she will put in a second request to get things moving
8/07 card being produced!!!!!
God is great don’t give up guys and sometimes u have to give them a little nudge to keep things moving be proactive call them or live chat sometimes.

So has anyone else problems creating your account on the USCIS website? I've done this twice now, and the next time I try to login it says there's no profile.. don't know what I'm doing wrong.
December filer here, NBC C9 category. Fingers crossed I'll get it soon. Did a service request last week but only got the email saying I should hear something by August 22.
And my case tracker app has been bugging like crazy the last couple of days, getting push notifications daily that the cases are updated but it's the same 😂 it's torture!!!

Received I-765 receipt but did not receive I-131
Hello,
I received receipt for my I-485 AOS application through marraige (I485,I130,I765 and I-131). I received a receipt for all except for the I-131 application. PD is 1/28/2019. Until now, we thought we did not receive a receipt for I-131 because it was a concurrent filing with I765 (assumed the receipt was for I-765 was for both since it is a "combo" card). Wanted to know if there are others with similar experiences or if i need to reach out to USCIS to find out where my I-131 application went.
We confirmed that the checks were cashed but given we filed with I-485 i dont think that means much. Thanks for your help/responses.

EAD Renewal @ Potomac
Hi. My case was received on May 13, 2019. As of today, the update remains "case was received". In my account under the column "last updated", it says 05/24/2019. But the case history is empty. In the past, when there is an update it is usually shown in the case history along with the date. Have you had the same experience? What could be the update made to my case on the said date?
Also, shouldn't it be that EAD renewal have shorter processing time compared new application? When I first applied for EAD, it took 77 days from the receipt of application to approval. Now that I am renewing it, it is already hitting 85 days and there seems no approval in sight. Still hoping for the best though.

I read that some of y’all have been approved, im a February 15 filer (NBC/c9/i live in Texaa) Receipt#19906 **** * but my case it says the same thing since February “Case was received” .. have yall see the updates online or have yall get the letters of approvals.? Please somebody answer me i can not wait no more Note: I didn’t do biometrics they reuse my fingerprints

My attorney filed my I485 and I765 at the end of February 2019. Today USCIS Updated my case and it says Case is ready to schedule for interview but I haven’t get my EAD yet. And I talked to my attorney , they said submit a case inquiry saying case is case is outside normal processing time. So, do you people think it might effect in my case in near future?

EAD renewal pending for 230 days
Hi Everyone,
I have applied for EAD renewal 3 month ahead. Currently i am working on automatic 180 days extension period. I raised expedite request last week. I haven't got email or mail from USCIS for supporting documents. Does any one put the expedite request over the phone? Hows the process work? Can any one please suggest me what i can do?
