Has anyone been locked out of checking their case status..due to high rate of use. I just got this notice when I tried to check my case status tonight. Does anyone khow long until the lock is released?

Inquire about travel and work permit
I submitted inquiry for my work permit already. But, does anybody know if I can also submit an inquiry for my travel permit? I know they should be given as a one combo card, but I was thinking that at least it’ll highlight my situation even more. Any thoughts?

over 8 months of waiting
I submitted my marriage based EAD form to NBC on December 4th 2018, did my bio early of January 2019 and still until today no news about the work permit.
Is anybody else going through this? What is going on? How long should I wait?

L2-EAD first time applicant- RFE for SSN
Hi,
I have applied for L2-EAD however I have received an RFE. The RFE reason is on Question 14 and 15 which is about SSN(social security number), "do u want to share information to SSA". When I applied EAD I didn't had SSN so I answered question 12 and 13 in form as 'no' but left blank for question 14 and 15. I have got SSN now so I have responded to RFE. This post is for fellow new applicants either first get SSN and then apply EAD or apply for both SSN and EAD together. Please don't leave these questions blank. Thanks

CASE INQUIRY OUTSIDE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME
I submitted a case inquiry outside normal processing time. Has anyone had experience where they did this and they got served with RFE? Or they submitted this and they just got the answer they needed without RFE?

Afternoon everyone - thank you all for sharing your experiences.
I wanted to ask you for your personal experiences based on L2 EADs (marriage in USA).
4/23 - USCIS received my EAD application (Vermont). Still showing "case was received"
I got a job offer two weeks ago, but can't work until I have the EAD. My attorney said that it takes 3 to 4 months. Right now is 103 days. I'm getting nervous, as I am not sure if they're going to wait forever.
Any recommendations?

I GOT SICK WENT TO THE ER, MEDICAL BILLS, MY HUSBAND IS A TEACHER SO HE WAS OUT OF SCHOOL ALL SUMMER.
After reading I got the courage to EXPEDITED, yes guys don't sit and wait try all means even though in my case I was sick and my hubby is a teacher so he was out of a job all summer!!
We were low on cash!

So 5 months and some days basically. NBC is finally moving guys

I am glad to share my exp with all you folks. I have been following this group and you guys have been tremendously helpful.
I applied for my EAD early March. The USCIS received it on March 11 (when I checked my case status without creating an account). It has been so until last Friday. Last Friday, my husband asked me to make an account. We also found that on Friday we can chat with an executive of USCIS. We did both. Once we created our account, it showed us that USCIS received it on March 15th and not 11th. On Saturday we got an email saying a new card under production.
I am not sure which helped — the chat with an executive or creating an account.
The reason for our chat was also because of someone here shared their experience saying, the following chatting with USCIS executive their case got approved in 5 hrs. I also strongly believe creating the account helped.
HELP NEEDED — I was wondering, given that my EAD expired in June 2019, the new one that I receive will it be a continuation of my previous EAD or will it have a new starting date. Any help is appreciated.
