EAD Expedite
Hello, need advise. I have a case expedited on 7/24 and it’s under review since 8/2. On 8/7, I chatted with live agent and when I gave him the expedite reference number, he said it’s not in the system so he submitted a new SR but when I called later in the day to check my status, they said I just submitted a new expedite request. I didn’t ask him to do that. They are saying it will cancel my previous expedite request. Has anyone have this experience before? Any advice?

I am so happy. Previous EAD expired June 26 though I did not use it. I have a job offer and I was scared I will miss it but I just got "NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED" Update.

Case updated to card picked up by USPS Aug 7th. However it later says “tracking is unavailable.” Hass anyone had this experience or can help me with estimating when to expect the card in the mail

Waiting on txt about receipt
Hi guys,
I submitted my OPT EAD last week and I'm waiting for a receipt notice but I haven't gotten a txt or email or anything yet, and I keep checking on my money order and it's still outstanding. I filled at the Dallas lock box and USPS tracking said it was delivered August 2. I filled G1145 as well and I hear some ppl say they received txt in a couple of days. I know it hasn't been a long time for me but I'm very stressed out and wanted to get an idea of how quickly others received a txt or email upon receipt. Is it normal to a week or more or could there be something wrong.

Verification For Emma
Hello Everyone, I've been active here in this forum but I have patiently been waiting, (checking for status of my case multiple times a day). I saw a lot of action going on on Emma, but I had never contacted USCIS before and they told me I need to get verified "verbally" to use Emma. I tried calling the number they gave me but I honestly don't know how to navigate the machine to get my "verbal" verification. Any advice?

I attempted to expedite my EAD last week through Emma and wasn't able to submit any supporting documentation (only able to provide commentary about my case). I knew it wouldn't be approved as my case was based on financial loss for my company and they wrote a letter explaining why, but I didn't get the submit the letter.
How are people submitting evidence along with their request? I was told you have to wait until your asked to submit evidence but they won't ask for evidence unless they think your case is worth considering.
Any advice on this?

I-765 with I-131
Hello everyone,
My wife and I filed our I-130, I-465, I-765 and I-131 all together on March 28 2019. Biometrics appointment was May 21. Since then, her godfather has fallen ill in mexico and we submitted a request to expedite her I-131 on July 17 and sent the requested documentation on July 25. Yesterday on August 6, we got an update that our request was completed and on the same day her I-765 was updated and said "New Card Is Being Produced". Knowing that they send Combo Cards, could this mean that the I-131 was expedited successfully? Thank you for any answers.

Expedite Requested
Sorry I am new to this so unsure of all the acronyms but we filed the i-765 on 03/22/19 and recieved a receipt notice. Since then there has been nothing. Our status on i-485 changed on 07/23/2019 to "READY FOR INTERVIEW". I read that some people requested and expedite for the 765 so I submitted that today. Has anyone gone through this process before?
