Hello, I want to share my tortuous experience. today I received the notification of "new card being produced" after 319 days from the initial application.
a (17), Vermont center, EAD renewal (yes renewal!)
09/23/2019 USICS received I-765
11/22/2019 1st Expedite request issued.
11/22/2019 1sd Expedite request denied.
12/07/2019 2nd Expedite request issued
12/07/2019 2nd Expedite request denied.
03/03/2020 RFE received (photo).
03/10/2020 RFE response received at USCIS office.
05/07/2020 3rd Expedite request issued
05/18/2020 3rd Expedite request denied
05/22/2020 Ombudsman request: and then every 1 week from this date I received an update like: "we are still waiting a response from USCIS".
05/27/2020 1st Status of service request issued
05/29/2020 1st Status of service request answered: application still considered in normal processing time.
06/26/2020 2nd Status of service request issued
05/29/2020 2nd Status of service request answered: application outside normal processing time. But please issue another request in 30 days if your case is not solved.
06/23/2020 Rise a request with Congresswoman: No communication from them since this date.
06/27/2020 3rd Status of service request issued
06/29/2020 3nd Status of service request answered: Your application is assigned to an office to be answered.
07/08/2020 new card being produced.
I hope to have my card soon!

Case approved and approval notice mailed on June 29. Still not received approval notice or EAD mailed.

Evidence for I485
Hello all,
What kind of evidence USCIS asking for I485? I am October filerand my center is NBC.
This morning i got an update and it was only my I485 form, which they were asking for evidence. i did not get notice yet but I wanna get started what could i need.
October 25, I765 and I485 has recived to USCIS
December 10 Fingerprint has done
December 14 Fingerprint applied both cases.
long silence after that
June 5 I contacted with Congressman
June 15 Congressman sent me email about I get answer in 90 days.
July 8 USCIS asked for evidence for I485
and not any update yet for I765

Has someone experience with an ADDRESS CHANGE during waiting for the approval?
I am still waiting since 7 month for my EAD approval (E2 Visa) by the Vermont Service Center. Since I am moving in one month to another address, does anybody has experience how it is working to change the address? I filed my case NOT online but via mail.
Is it possible to change the address online?
I appreciate any kind of help and your feedback.

EAD Renewal Nightmare (also I485 problem)
Ok here’s my timeline to give you guys some context.
1) So my dad filed for I485 in 2006 for the family.
2) every year since then, we have been on EAD
3) we waited from 2006-2018 and (only) my dad got his I485 approved and now has his green card.
4) my mom, sister and me are still on work permits (even tho our lawyer filed for everyone in the family)
5) We are still waiting for them to send us word to get our medical exam.
Ok so here’s what I’m dealing with currently.
- I filed for my moms work permit renewal around August of 2019 which uscis received in the beginning of September 2019 (her EAD expired in December 2019). SHE STILL HASN'T RECEIVED HER WORK PERMIT! Uscis is still saying there reviewing the case for renewal. And now it’s time for me and sister to submit paperwork to renew our EAD....
I’m honestly going crazy. My lawyer isn’t doing anything and just keeps telling us to wait (for our green cards). Is this normal? Even tho my dad who is the head of the family has gotten his green card.

Names at SSA AND EAD
Hey guys I need some help... my name at my EAD is coming like it’s appear in my SSA card or like my approval? MY SSA arrived with out my two middle names. I want to apply for a job but they told me my DL has two middles names and my SSA not! When I filled my I765 I put all my names!

Just wanted to mention that I just got an email saying my card was mailed 30 min ago. So they started mailing 6/17 approvals today. I know I checked this site like crazy trying to figure out when my card would be mailed, so hope this helps someone.
