i765
Hello. I applied to renew my work EAD via form i765 in February 2019. I had a quick question. I have never had to do an interview for my type of i765. So I do not believe that will be needed. Have people found when you do not have to do interviews that you are receiving your work ead sooner? Mine is now expired and I need to be able to work and have a drivers license. Thanks!

Ready to be scheduled for interview
Hi, all Immihelp folks. Thank you all for being for and supporting each other. I have just received Ready to be scheduled for an interview. I would like to share my timeline here (Philly,NBC):
PD:12/09/2018
Finger Print: 01/12/2019
Notice (Bring physical examination to the interview):05/19/2019
Ready to be scheduled for interview: 05/22/2019

Two questions:
When should I expect the interview?
When should I expect the approval of my EAD? (I need it for work desperate like all other folks in Immihelp)
Thank you very much.

Expedited EAD successfully 2019
Hi everyone,

I requested USCIS to expedite my EAD (I-765/I-131) based on pending I-485 adjustment application [(c)(9)]. This is my timeline:

November 2018 - USCIS receives my application for EAD (I-765/I-131)

May 1, 2019 - Called USCIS and requested my I-765 expedited based on "Severe financial loss to a company or person" - I explained to the USCIS officer that my company had purchased a non-refundable airplane ticket for a business trip in order to meet my employment obligations.

May 6 - I received an email from USCIS "Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please fax proof that supports the claims made in your request to the following number: 816-251-2290"

May 6 - I faxed a cover letter stating my situation and the circumstances surrounding my claim of "Severe financial loss to a company or person," copy of non-refundable airplane ticket. My employment contract, and a copy of the email that was sent to me by USCIS.

May 10 - I received an email from USCIS, "We received your documents in support of your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly. "

May 17 - USCIS "We ordered your new card"

May 23 - EAD card delivered to my home.

Let me know if you have any questions!

EAD
I lodged my I 485 in April 2018. Ready for an interview schedule 5/519. No letter yet for interview date. Lodging in Sacramento California. EAD was lodged in 9/21/18. My case is marriage based we have been married for 14 years. I have been in the USA for 17 months. Will I be able to get an interim EAD since its my application is outside the mentioned time on USCIS web page?
