Visa bulletin
So my F2A date just got in the chart today (YAY) but I noticed that they have a footnote saying:

NOTE: For October, F2A numbers EXEMPT from per-country limit are authorized for issuance to applicants from all countries with priority dates earlier than 01AUG16

Does this mean that even though my PD is current on the chart (8/11) in reality it is (8/1)?

Hello everyone,

I promised to myself that I would have shared my papers experience as soon as I would have received myEAD/travel pass. I hope to be helpful and raised all the hopes :)

- After my biometrics on June 31st the case was received on May 3rd
- New Card is being produced on August 31st
- Case was approved (i think it was referred to the Advance parole document as well as travel pass)
- Case was mailed to me on September 6th.

I received EAD/ Travel pass and Social security number.

Best wishes :)

EAD approval when i539 pending
I have filed for i539 for my i94 extension on L2 status as my spouse i94 is already valid till 2020.
I have non concurrently filed for I765.(EAD)
Both cases are in received status.

processing time for i539 is showing as 12 months which is more than i765 processing time.
Can USCIS approve i765 while my i539 is pending?

Pls share any experience or any info u may have wr.t. my kind of case.

Renewal from OPT to C9
Hi!

So I’ve been posting about my timeline and specifying it’s my first EAD to receive but I guess I didn’t remember I filed for renewal of the permit I was issued during my opt which expired last year. Will that make my case slower or since I have a SSN assigned to me will it make it easier?

PD 5/29
Bio 6/25

Last update as of 6/26 fingerprint review completed.

Anyone in the same boat?

EAD Mailed - Not Received
Super Frustrating.

September 5: Card is Mailed.

It's been 7 days now and no tracking number.

Called USCIS, they said it's mailed, one person said it is not yet mailed. Not sure who to trust.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Is it possible to get the card without the tracking number.

This waiting is toture
Hi all, I just found out about this website, and i want to share my experience.

Case received: 04/05/2018
Biometrics: 05/05/2018
Ready to be scheduled for an interview: 05/08/2018
All other forms stuck at case received (i765, i130, i131).

Is this normal, it's been 160 days already and I haven't got an update on my EAD. I just want to know how April filers are doing, did you get your EAD's?
