So my documents was received by uscis 06/01/18
Finger prints was received 07/07
But my status still says finger print received and 1485 is being reviewed for close to 2 months now without changing
I'm just so impatient, the wait time was never this long, is there any 06/01 filer who did not expedite in texas that has received theirs? or has this same experience. Any word of Advice would be appreciated please

Hi Friends,
Any 2018 filet who got RFE on their EAD renewal. Mine is A18 category. I am on L2. My case was received on 05/31 and the status changed to RFE on 09/10, yet to receive the mail which will have the details.
I would like to know which documents were requested, if anyone was/is in the same boat.

how long did it take after faxing the documents to uscis?
Hi, everyone
I filed the I-765 and I-485 to USCIS at 6/18, got the job offer at 8/2, did the expedited at 8/15, but my lawyer didnt give them the email address so I got the fax number through mail on 8/31. I faxed the documents to uscis at 9/4, but havent get anything back, does anybody know how long will it take to get a decision? My lawyer just told me to wait, I am so frustrated. Already spent 2 years wait for my hardship waiver, just feel I really dont like be told to wait.

Honestly, my hardship waiver process was way worse than this (1.5 year wait!!!) so glad to see some movement. Hoping to have EAD in hand soon as I have a job offer that may expire. Two questions:
1. Is the interview schedule for i-4-85 dependent on city and whether it's employment/marriage based? Anyone any idea what the wait times are looking like for that?
2. How long are you given to work on your EAD?

My initial EADl was approved after 6 month of long wait.My Ead is valid till feb 2019. Can i file for renewal now? Does anyone knows if the renewal of EAD also takes same amount of waiting time? Please advise what is best time to file for renewal.

08/24/2018: Faxed documents to USCIS
08/27/2018: Called Local Congressman and they expedited based on job offer and financial loss
08/31/2018: Card is being Mailed ( Not sure because of Congressman or initial request)
09/04/2018: Both I131 and I765 are approved
09/06/2018 : Card is being picked by USPS and gave tracking number

please this is for those who successfully expedited their EAD. my PD is 03/26/2018. i filed to expedite last week and faxed in a job offer letter. my case status for the expedite shows it was completed and assigned to an officer for response. does this mean i m close to the end of this almost 170 day wait for EAD?

Status for I485 says ready for interview since July 18th 2018
Did an expedite late July but got denied..
From Texas but case is being worked on at NBC
