Fingerprint Review Completed??
Hi,
I’m wondering if anyone else’s case status is stuck on
“fingerprint review was completed.” It’s been this way since April.
My PD: 3/20/18.. (filed with NBC from California) so I’ve been waiting for 169 days.. and also if anyone who has gotten their EAD, what changes in status came after the fingerprint review update? Hope that makes sense, thanks!! (Also to add, my attorney requested an expediate for my case about a week ago and still nothing, ugh!)

Case received by USCIS - 5th June
No update since then. It's been 92 days.should I raise a SR?

Another question about REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE
Hi my friends
A few days ago, I received a RFIE.

They asked me to send:
* My wife passport / birth certificate in US.
* My birth certificate translated to english.
* Marriage certificate in US.
* I-94
After reviewing the I-130 instructions, I found that they request other documents, (this ones they didn´t added in the RFIE):
* Bank Account in the name of both.
* Pictures of each of us... (with the measurements detailed)
* A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence, meaning you both live at the same address together;
MY QUESTION IS:
* Should I only send the documents that were requested in RFIE ? Or I should send ALL this documents, even the ones that were NOT requested ?

Hi Everyone,
If your EAD was approved between 8/23 - 9/04
Please add the date when you received the physical card in the mail or USPS shipping notification.
This would help a lot of folks experiencing anxiety on the delay in shipment.

Advice to anyone lost the EAD
Loosing the EAD for non delivery USPS reasons or else:
Please guys apply for new fresh applocatiom i765 because i opened 2 SR and nothing helped.
The only solution is to submit new application and wait 3 months.
Or if you want, once you have the reciept that your application has been accepted, take the reciept with the prevuios approval notice to your congressman and tell him of he can speed up your new EAD production and delivery with USCIS

I'm sure this has been asked, but I cannot find.
I received confirmation of i765 submission on 23rd April 2018 (I submitted through a lawyer).
The only other communication I've had was a transfer of venue (to Vermont) back in early July).
I'm now at day 134 and have had not been asked for any info or a bio test. Is this normal ?
The website says "We will assign your case to an officer. We will review your case and mail you our decision. If we need more information, we will notify you".
Does everyone need a bio check ?
I assume I just hope I get some updated at the 5month mark (in about 2.5 weeks).
Fingers crossed for everyone.

i send in an expedited request for my Ead case they are asking for proof or document of financial loss/hardship. i have a job offer will that suffice.

New card being produced: 09.04.18
It was a long wait, but my status was finally updated.
However, I had the impression that the Authorization to Travel / Advance Parole would be approved on the same day - that it'd be the same card.
Does anyone know more about it? I called USCIS and she said I just have to wait =(
