EAD in Hand (Finally)
PD 5/3 C09 married to USC concurrently filing 485, 130 and 765

8/23 Expedite Request Filed (hardship)
8/27 Expedite assigned to officer, completed, response sent
8/28 Expedite Approved
8/28 Card in Production
9/1 Received 797 Approval Notice for 765
9/4 Social Security Card received in the mail
9/5 Card has been mailed
9/6 Tracking info added to USCIS website
9/7 Interview has been scheduled (for AOS, waiting on notice)
9/8 EAD in my hands (card production date is 8/28)

I should mention that I spoke to a USCIS officer on the 27th and 28th of August and they told me that there had been NO decision on my expedite request. So I reached out to my Congressman on 8/29 and they filed a congressional inquiry on my behalf. Unbeknownst to me when I called USCIS on 8/30 to confirm they had received it, they told me that my case had been approved 8/28 and notice mailed 8/29. I do credit the congressional inquiry with getting my interview scheduled though. Their help was invaluable and they have been an incredible resource for me.

Also, PLEASE update your timelines, folks! I found them so helpful but there are so many who receive their documentation and don't update it.

Applied for I-485 & EAD PD Aug 15
Hi everyone. I'm married to a USC and we applied for my gc and ead. The case went to NBC and my PD is 8/15/2018. I am currently on F1 STEMP OPT and my EAD will expire on 12/27/2018. My concern is that my new EAD will not get approved in time and I may lose my job because of that. I am currently employed. Do you all recommend I file an expedite request in a couple of month if my EAD is not approved by then? I'll list the timeline below:

PD Aug 15th
Biometrics Sept 14th

NBC processing times show 4.5 to 6.5 months processing times. If it goes longer than 4.5 months, I will lose my job. I reached out to my Congressman and Senator and they are not going to help me out in this expedite request. I've been reading a lot on this forum and some of the answers give me hope that if you try to pursue your case with diligence, things do work out. Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks!

EAD Card was mailed PD March 29
Hello everyone, here is my timeline

pd March 29th
Case received: April 6th
Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview : August 17th
Card in production: Sep 1st
Card Mailed: Sep 6th

So on my case tracker app I don't see any changes for AP but on DHS it's saying that it has been approved on September 4th, so I suppose I'll get a combo card in the mail. I didn't expedite, married to US citizen. Good luck to everyone!!!
