I hope everyone is doing well.
I want to share my experience with my expedite request to see if anyone is having or had the same situation.
On April 10th I called the USCIS to request Expedite for EAD based on saver financial loss.
The same day I received an email requesting additional information and I faxed them immediately (job offer) and case status changed to "Expedite Request Received"
Three weeks later and I've not heard back from them, I tried to contact the congresswoman but nothing from her side either.
Please advise me on what to do.

May 2019: USCIS received my files

June 2019: My i485 status was changed to 'case is ready to be scheduled for interview'
No updates since for i485.
August 2019: Received combo card
April 2020: Requested renewal of i765

I’ve been a silent reader for several months now. I have to say that’s forum has been of great help, it’s so nice to see people that’s struggling like me getting their cards.
But I would like get some advice from someone that have been in the same boat that I’m right now.
Let me Share my timeline with you first:
I’m spouse of a Green Card holder and I have a F1 visa until I get my EAD. I live in Miami and my case has been process in the NBC.
I-130 – 07/17/19
I-485 – 08/05/19
I765 – 08/05/19
I131 – 08/05/19
Biometrics – 09/13/19
Biometrics applied to I765 – 09/27/19
Biometrics applied to I131 – 03/05/21
Case Inquiry for outside processing time – 03/20/21 (I should expect an answer until 04/11/20)
I had no answer, so I called for the first time and they told me that I should expect a month after open case inquiry before I call again.
04/21/20 – I called again and they said that they had no answer, so I had to open a second case inquiry.
In the next day I check the portal and my case inquiry was closed.
04/23/20 – I called for the third time, an a very polite man picks up the phone and said a letter was sent to me and he affirm that my case was on hold waiting for further evidence since 03/13. Please note that this information was never given to me in none of my calls or chat with Ema.
Las Saturday I received a letter requesting evidence of affidavit that I sent 04/27.
My questions are:
Normally how long after we send the evidence it takes to have the case approve?
Is there anything that I can do to accelerate the process? Do you believe I can open another case inquiry once that they have the evidence they were seeking for?
I would appreciate any information or help.

Expedite EAD
Hello people, I’m going to expedite my ead with my local congresswoman tomorrow at least that’s my plan I’m just waiting on my letter from my boss stating that I have a job offer after the pandemic my current ead expires in the beginning of June and the 180 days extension doesn’t apply to me. Do you think job offer is enough ? I don’t know how to prove financial loss since I receive unemployment and my husband gets 75% of his salary

EAD Expiration and Waiting on New EAD
Hi All,
I am on OPT EAD c03 category EAD and it's expiring soon. My Adjustment of status EAD c09 category application is pending with USCIS. My question is Can I use 180 days automatic extension with c09 EAD receipt notice even if I am working on OPT EAD c03 category?
I am working full time.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi folks,
Hope everyone is doing very well. Today is a peaceful day for me as my EAD status got changed to 'New Card is being Produced'.
I wanted some clarity on what will the next process and in how many days I can get my EAD and SSN.

Still awaiting EAD pending I 765
Hi all -
We still have no update on our EAD pending I 765.
We filed back on 28th Aug 2019.
Biometrics was done on 4th Oct 2019.
It has now gone past processing time. We filed a service request a month ago and an expedite request and still nothing.
On the 9th April 2020, we did receive a notification saying our case was ready to ve scheduled for an interview but obviously nothing is happening due to COVID.
Has anyone had anything similar? I'm losing hope with this all now.

12/13/2019 - USCIS care received i765, i485, i130
1/29/2020 - fingerprints relating to your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number , have been applied to your case.
2/13/2020 - we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
Its 139 days till now , no update . I have JOB offer waiting which will eventually expire soon if i dont receive my EAD in week or so.
Currently USCIS processing time shows 5.5-7.5 month I am 4.5 months , I am loosing hope now.
