J2 - EAD I765 case with adjucation officer - how long still to wait?
Hi everybody,
I have been waiting for over 5,5 months now. Talked to uscis officer tier 2 couple of times and they said my case is with an adjucation officer sinds last week of March.
This should be the final stage but is already taking almost a month!! Any clue how long it would take when it is in this stage? Any experience?

I765 (EAD) family based-waiting for 8 months
Hi everyone,
I have been waiting for my EAD card for 8months. I applied in 08/19/2019, and it is outside of normal processing time now. I filed an e-request in 03/23/2020. I kept calling USCIS, but they said I have to to 30says for them to respond my normal e-request.
I'm really frustrated of waiting and calling. Each representative spoke to me in different ways, so much confused right now. One of them said if you file the expedite request, your application will be put back 3 months???? Does anyone have an idea on that?
I also emailed my congressmen in my district and waiting for the response. Hopefully it will help in some way.
Could you guys please tell me what I should do in this situation? My offer will start on June, 5 weeks from today, and I still get nothing. :(

I765 (EAD) Family Based
Hello Everyone
My case is outside of normal processing times 250 days now. I have reached out to both congressman and ombudsman's office.
Congressman's office tells me they reached out yesterday and ombudsman's office initially told me it could take them up to 3 months before reaching out but eventually they expedited my case within their office and reached out immediately.
That means that now both congressman office and ombudsman have reached out about the case.
For everyone that has been in the same situation before please tell me what should I expect??

EAD Approvals for couples
Hello Community,
Has anybody experienced a recent EAD approval for the primary petitioner but not for the wife/husband? My EAD was recently approved and I am just waiting to receive it on the mail. Me and my wife filed our petition at the same time (as family), the entire package was received by the USCIS last December 30th 2019, but my wife's EAD (Form 1-765) and AP (I-131) are still in "case received" status. Will there be any chance to receive both Combo Cards when mine is hopefully delivered this week ? (Even if not changes on the case status system)?
Any comments are very welcome...Best regards

EAD returned to USCIS
Hi,
My EAD was approved and sent to me. After two days status changed to “Card being returned to USCIS, post office cannot deliver”. When I called USCIS, they said they sent the card to a wrong address by typing my apartment number as 30 while it as 307. No mistake from my side. Then I requested them to resend my card. They raised a resend request and told me to wait for 30days. Now USPS comes into scene, I cannot track my card which was returned to USCIS since there is no return label. Don’t know where it is, don’t know when it will be received by USCIS.
I heard that USCIS take months to resend the card. Please help what can I do to get my card the earliest. I have a job offer and I should have the physical card for joining. Please email me to [email protected]
