I am H1B holder married to US citizen Sep 2019. We have initiated our green card process , below are timelines. Still waiting for approval :(
1. i765, i130, i485, i131 case received date - 12/13/2019
2. Fingerprint were taken - 1/29/2020
3. EAD - still Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken .
National benefit center . Please suggest me if i should expedite based on experience. I have pending job offer.

My EAD Receive date was September 10, 2019.
RFE was received by USCIS on March 4th
I expedited the EAD on 4/22/2020, but it got denied ,
My current 180 days extension will expire on May24th,
I am so struggled and tired and exhausted.
I hope I can receive the EAD soon. anyone seeing the same ? what else can I do ?
After RFE is received, how long it takes USCIS to process and response? anyone know?

L2 EAD
Are L2 EADs actually taking 7-9 months to be approved at the California Service Center? Has anyone had theirs approved faster?
My current EAD expires in the end of June. My receipt date is March 25. If it takes 9 months I will probably lose my job as my employer won’t want to wait that long. My first EAD from 2017 was approved in 2 months so I wasn’t expecting delays this long.

- Courtesy letter for medical: 04/02/20
- I-485 case ready to be scheduled for an interview: 04/08/20
- I-131 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken: 04/07/20

I have been told that the EAD should arrive about 90 days after biometrics appointment, it will be 90 days on Tuesday.

I've been reading this forum for the past two months. Today 4/23/2020 My status changed to "Approved for Form I-765." Here is my timeline:
Receipt Date: 10/18/2019
FingerPrints: 11/21/2019
EAD Approved: 4/23/2020
My application was outstanding for 188 Days. Cheer up! Keep holding on! And have Godfidence. I am a DACA recipient married to a USC.

I just got an update on my EAD today - Card in Production.
Here is my timeline so far:
Married to USC - AOS - ATL filer
PD: Jan 2020
Fingerprints: 2/24/2020
Fingerprints updated i485, i765: 2/25/2020
Fingerprints updated to i131: 3/5/2020
Courtesy letter for medical - DO NOT MAIL - Bring to interview: 3/18/2020 (no change of status on i485)
4/1/2020 - Requested for Expedited EAD based on Financial loss.
(status showed requested completed but no email from uscis on requesting documents)
4/8/2020 - requested ombudsman for help; 4/9 - got a response, case within normal processing time, can not help)
4/15/2020 - reached out to congressman's office, explained them the situation and emailed documents.
4/23/2020 - got an update for card in production - i765.
Documents i submitted to congressman's office when i asked for assistance:
1) Cover letter - explaining current employment termination
2) Job offer letter
3) Marriage certificate (just in-case; i believe it was not needed)

still waiting for EAD
Last update on my case (married to usc-nbc center) is "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" since since February 24, 2020. Anyone with similar timeline got their EAD recently? Or anyone with similar timeline is still waiting like me?
