My EAD (C9) marriage based expires December 4th. When can I apply for a renewal? I thought it was anytime 180 days prior to expiration in order to get the automatic extension of 180 days while they are producing a new card.

after SR and Expedite request, Card is being produced
Hi guys,
It's me again. Last week, I posted an experience on 8months waiting for EAD card. And surprisingly, the new card is being produced today. Can't believe it comes true.
Applied Date : 08/19/2019
SR : 03/23/2020
Expedite request: 04/17/2020 and I submitted the supporting document at the same date.
Today : 04/21/2010 . New Card is being produced
I haven't heard back any update or decision making on either Expedite Request or SR. This morning, I just checked my case status as a routine. Yesterday, it was nothing change. and changed directly to "New Card is being produced" today. So shock but really happy cuz my job will start soon in June.
Hope your process is speeding up, and waiting time is shorter than mine.

Hello everybody!
I'd like to share my timeline with all of you as I've just gotten my EAD car produced. There was quite a bit of inactivity in my case so things were getting stressful at times. So I am extremely pleased with how things turned out.
Marriage to US citizen. National Benefits Center office. (NBC)
OCT. 16th 2019: PD
Nov. 25th 2019: Bio metrics applied to the case
Jan 21st 2020: USCIS updated "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.:
April 20th 2020: New card is being produced.
I'm hoping to get my card within a week as I have job lined up for me. Thank you all for the info.
I hope things will get better for all of you.

I hope you are all well and safe.
I have been an 'observer' of the website and thought to share my experience as it has been very useful to read the comments .
While is now possible to apply for an SSN at the same time as the I765, I have chosen to do it separately and in my case it worked much better. I was able to apply for an SSN by going to the office as an E2 spouse visa I went on 9th March ( before the closure) and received my SSN about 3 weeks . I have read here many cases of delayed SSN when done in conjunction of the I765 so perhaps is worth considering doing them separetely - anyway it worked for me .
Now I have a question
i am currently waiting for my I765 to be processed and I am aware its probably going to be a long wait. when is the earliest date that can chase them? is there a difference between just calling the office and making an expedite? the receipt of my case was 24th March and Notice date is 31st March.

Hello everyone - hope everyone is safe. I have a question regarding my l2 ead renewal. My work permit is getting expired in on April end and I have applied 2nd time renewal at Vermont center. Anyone RD Jan 3rd have received approval.
My l 2 approval came last week from California center after premium processing of l1 and after 20 days of l1 approval. How long generally it takes to received l2 ead after l2 approval. Please share l2 ead Vermont experiences. Thanks
