Still waiting for 84 days- Please advise
I`ve applied for EAD Post completion (student) under category C 3 B. My application receipt notice was October 25th, today is the day 84th. The process is not supposed to take longer than 90 days. The status is still with no further updates since they sent the receipt notice on 10/25/2017.
Did anyone have a similar experience with the USCIS??. How long did it take you to receive a notice of apporval?.

Aos interview
Had my interview today lasted about 15mins told that our case was recommended for approval but was handed a paper saying case will be reviewed and a decision will be mailed out. Anyone else had that letter and how long it took to get a response

My current situation:
Case was received on 13th October.
Biometrics done in November.
Havent been asked to submit any evidence so I assume I provided all they need.
Still haven't heard anything, currently on day 96.
Online case checker says: Case received.
Think around the 125 day mark I will be phoning the office and asking what is going on.
Having a backlog is understandable but expecting people to not be able to work for 6 or 7 months is ridiculous. I understand having a thorough look into the Greencard but for the sake of a EAD card....6 / 7 months is a long time.
Keeping my hopes up though, hopefully come soon!!

Usps Ead Delivery
Good evening y'all,
How long did it take for usps to deliver your EAD in the mail. ? Mine was scheduled on Friday and I still haven't recieved it. According to the tracking, it was supposed to come in today. But it didn't. And informed delivery hasn't updated since Monday. Did anyone experience this ? How did you go about it?

USCIS Status : Case was Received !!!
Filed 2 SRs online with response that case is in line for processing and will be assigned to an officer as soon as possible. Called the customer service to get a status on the case and have opened another SR. Waiting on a response.
Read another post that an L2 EAD receipt dated Sept 18th was approved on Jan 8th.
There seems to be no correlation to the price we pay for these applications to the service we receive !

I am going to lose my job on Saturday 1/20/18. I do not know what else I can do. I see how long it is taking for others and I am extremely nervous. My job said they will give me my job back when I receive renewal but I don't know how long they are really willing to wait. I really hope I end up being one of the lucky ones but not holding my breathe. Any success stories out there to boost my confidence?

I just called and talked to Tier2 officer, and according to him the EAD now takes between 4 and 6 months. My case has been pending for 75 days now. But he said be patient, the process is now long and the issuance date is between 120 days and 240 days after the application.

Delayed Application
Hi Everyone,
We submitted form i485, i130 application for marriage based. 07/05/17. Case recieved 07/07/17. Completed biometrics for i485 and recived RFE August, responded and sent back needed documents. USCIS received RFE 08/14/17. Case never updated since then. After waiting 4months we realized we should have submitted i765 for EAD. Applied for EAD 11/09/17, asked to do another Biometrics 12/05/17. It's already 73days after we applied for EAD (Even though should have submitted it 07/07/17) Application for i130 and i485 is already 190days!! And EAD 73. Can i start to raise SR and Infopass. Already scared with the experience of people waiting for EAD for more than 90days. It's already causing Emotional pain to us.Was hoping we will get EAD this month since the previous case has been pending before applying for EAD. Please advise house! Really need help
