My husband finally got his work permit card after getting the approval notice 2 days ago, now we just have to wait on his green card. We are so happy that he can finally work after 200 days of waiting.

Hello All,
I applied for EAD card under F1 status to Potomac center and they received my case on October 2nd. Its been almost 100 days and I havent received the card yet. Anyone else apply around the same time? Any updates will be helpful.

L2 EAD Renewal
Hi everyone,
I submitted my EAD renewal to the CA service center a month ago, obviously it has not come through yet.
I just wondered if any of you included the tear off slip from your previous EAD that had some barcodes on it? In the body of the letter of my original EAD it said that if you include this slip it will speed up the application process.
Wondered if including this does have an affect on processing time or not? I did include it with my submission this time round.
Please let me know your experiences.

Work permit
Hi guys
My work permit based on a pending i485 and has been pending more than 5 months
I called a week ago and did an expedit they send me a mail saying that “your
Case under review and you gonna send you a decision shortly “
Now I am wondering how long it gonna take more?
I came USA as a visitor visa B2 and did adjustment of status thought my wife and my son who is 7 months old
Are a US citizens and when I send them the package of the adjustment of status that included a work permit and a travel documents my i130 from my wife was already approved?
Is there anyone has a similar situation?

75 days and still waiting

Actually i found this forum is really useful so i wanted to share my experience and ask some questions
I had a B1/B2 visa then applied for adjustment of status via marriage
October 16 , we filed i-485, i-130, i-765 with the proper documents (plus affidavit of support and the medical exam)
I got the receipts (I 797 notice of action) on October 20, there was a mistake in my birthday but on the i130 receipt ! We called them to be corrected.
On October 27th we got a notice of Action (a fingersprints appointment) which was on November 16th
Since that date we didn’t have any updates, today is the 75th day from the receipt of the forms specially the i765 !
Do you think i should send an inquiry ? What’s about contacting the Congress man that people are talking about !? Amd how to do it ? We have another mailing adress which is an adress from UPS similar to PO box ! I saw people talking about if the mailing box doesn’t have your name !! You think it will be a problem ??? We are two men ! You think because it’s a gay marriage ?! And uh, my uncle died recently so actually i found necessary to file for a travel document in case of emergency, i filed it on December 22 ! I got the receipt.. and for other forms nothing is changed on the website, everything is still dated on Oct,20 !!
I am doing an internship and the boss likes my work and want to hire me, my internship finishes soom, and i don’t want to loose this opportunity !

Combo card received in the mail: 01/04/2018 (71 days from PD)
Filer from Dallas. Package mailed to Chicago lock box and directed to NBC/MSC. My case status was never updated and still says receipt nos. cannot be recognized.
Now, waiting for our interview schedule. Good luck to us all!

Is there anyone waiting for L2 EAD from California Service Center with received date in OCT 2017?
Past 2 EAD experience, I have received EAD approved in 64/65 days. This time it’s going to be 70 days.
Any data from experience appreciated.
