Waiting on my EAD renewal in category C9. They received it on July 21 2017. After raising a SR in November 2017 I got a reply back in December 2017:
Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your application. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We regret any inconvenience that results from delays in processing.
Please review the “Automatic 180-day EAD Extension” portion of your Form I-765 receipt notice for information regarding the possible automatic extension of your EAD.
Anyone elae outhere waiting for EAD renewal for 180 plus days. Did an Infopass also but same answer. We are working on it. I have pending 485 and 130 also. Done with interviews

Case Number not working
Hi all,
I'm an October filer, and I have never been able to check my status online or with customer service using my case number from receipt notice. Currently on day 82 for EAD to come. Has this happened to anyone? Please share experience. Thank you!

Exceeded Promised Duration since Case Inquiry for STEM OPT
My STEM OPT application/case was received on September 5, 2017.
Around the 100th day mark I filed a case inquiry to which USCIS replied: "You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 30 days of the date of this letter."
That 30th day was yesterday (1/14/18), to be exact. I know that's a weekend and today's also a holiday, but how realistic is it that I get a response by tomorrow? Really need this OPT & EAD ASAP...
If you have any other advice or knowledge into STEM OPT applications, that'd be great.

Any Atlanta filers on here like to share their timeline? My lawyer will submit my paperwork next week which gives USCIS 115 days to send me an EAD in order for me to keep working.

EAD not received in 90 days
Hello,
This is my first time posting on this forum. I am an F-1 student and I filed for EAD this October where my case was received on October 16th, 2017. After that, its been 90 days and my case status has still not changed yet. On January 11, 2018, my inquiry about the status of my Employment Authorization application was assigned to an officer for response and I have not heard anything back yet. Is there someone who knows what action can be taken regarding this ? Also my EAD start date is on January 22nd and I am not sure what should be told to an employer in this case because no date is given as a definitive by USCIS.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hey everyone I just saw something on the news which will probably make sense of why things are taking so much longer. Before October 1st of last year many asylum and employment based green card applicants were not required to have an interview. But now that new stricter rules have been passed most will be required to have an interview and that takes away even more time from other Green card applicants interview times. Adding link below.
