Hello my PD is August 15 2017 no update for my ead yet been waiting for 151days I notice something on this forum people who filled around October are getting their ead card jan since they have more workers now working on new application

The best way I can describe waiting for my EAD/AP Combo Card (Received October 16 2017) is like waiting for an ex girlfriend/boyfriend to text you back. They have the power in the relationship, you are practically eating out of the palm of the hands of the USCIS.. you message them and they don't reply...and you keep checking your phone and emails hoping that they even acknowledge the fact that you exist and all you get is nothing.
The only difference between this and being in the one who got the crappy end of the relationship deal is that you actually cant live by moving on. Your Lover, the USCIS practically have control of your life as you await, jobless, in limbo and no where else to go after spending thousands to make it this far only to be put in solitary confinement awaiting for an imaginary judge to somehow grant you early parole (how ironic..parole) so that you can begin your work...
Well I am going to retreat back to my cell and await for my LOVER..USCIS to message me. This is one relationship I cannot wait to call quits on.!

L2 EAD Vermont RFE
I have missed the initial evidence. When might I get the RFE? My case is in Vermont.
Did anyone get RFE? If so how many days does it take to get RFE.

Extremely DEPRESSED need Help
My application for work authorization (based on pending EAD) was received by the USCIS on October 16th 2017 based on pending adjustment of status.
On 12/22/2017 I put in a request to expedite may case
On 12/29/2017 On December 29, 2017, your request to have your case expedited, referral number
T **** **** , was completed.
On 01/03/2018 I contacted my local congressman office and they put in a request to expedite my case
Since then, crickets, nothing. No word.
I called the USCIS office and spoke to an L2 officer on 01/08/2018 and i received the most devastating and depressing news I could have ever imagined. The L2 officer kindly told me that now they EAD processing time is 6 MONTHS. 6 MONTHS!!!!!!!!
I have a job offer in which I begin working end of February and now I will for sure lose that job offer. I can't work or provide for myself, and not only that my travel documents have not been produced yet so basically I am living like in a state of nothing. I can't do anything.
Today, I put in a service request 01/12/2018 and it stated

Obviously, they said it could take up to 30 days for my request to be replied to. So no reply and decision on my expedition request, (not even congressman office got a reply), I won't get a reply for up to 30 days for my service request today. I will lose my job offer to begin working mid February.
I already know that today is day 88, and two more days is day 90, but the USCIS does not go by this 90 day rule anymore.
I am just so sad and devastated by all of this and I am wondering if anyone is going through what I am going through within this time frame?

My case is through marriage and we filling from Tennessee.
Notice date: 11/06/17
Fingerprints done: 12/04/17
EAD approval: 01/11/17
I’ve been watching this forum and have been helping me a lot. But also made me worry, I was so agraid that would take longer . Thanks God was pretty quick!
My advice for u all is keep believing and make sure that all the forms are perfect complete.

Hello everyone!
Let me start by saying Happy new year! I received a priority mail last night from usps, knowing what it was, opened it, and just when i least expected, it turned out to be my combo card. Words alone can't express how joyful and excited I was instantly because it took less than 3 months. Below is my timeline:
10/17/17 sent in application package
10/18/17 package received by uscis
10/27/17 received text alerts and receipts for all applications
PD 10/18/17
11/08/17 received bio appointment letter for 11/27/17
11/15/17 received RFIE for I-485. They were requesting for I-864 from the primary sponsor, my wife
11/20/17 did early work-in for biometric
12/18/17 replied RFIE but my status online never changed after they received it and is still request for initial evidence sent.
01/11/18 received priority mail containing combo card. I later realized from the accompanying letter it was approved on 01/08/18

L2 EAD Renewal
Hi all,
I spoke with a Level 2 officer today about my case, she said it was 'with an officer' but wouldn't go into much more detail.
Does anyone know what this means? I am presuming an officer in working on it but not sure.

Hi guys, today I got my EAD card in my hand after 6 months waiting. Here's my timeline:
NBC/MSC
PD: July 12, 2017
biometric: mid August 2017
Raised several Service request, none of them is helpful
November 2017: Contacted congresswoman, she told me to wait another month and contact her if I received nothing after that. December 2017 I didn't have any update on my EAD so I contacted her. Then I never heard from her again.
December 27th, 2017: contacted Ombudsman and filled out the form online. They replied me after 1 week and said USCIS issued a decision.

Case transferred means im closer?
my i485(i765 and i131 still doesn't work online) receipt number finally started to work online even though my receipt date is September 14th and i noticed

I'm getting a bit worried about processing times shown online as my current L1B visa will expire april 19 this year and i'm the only source of income to our family.
I'm wondering if its possible at all to file for an extension (i'm eligible) for the L1B so that i will not have a lapse of employment authorization.
