EAD Renewal in 3 month period this year?
I'm a J2 spouse who applied for my renewal.
Date received: June 16th in Texas
Its now August 23rd.. freaking out because I start work on sept. 5th.
Has anyone this year got a renewal within a 3 month period?
I swear last year it took a month. It was so fast. My work is willing to wait a couple of weeks till I find out something.
Now I check the website and it says it can take up to 6 months?
Is this because of Trump? lol

Can my EDA be delayed?
Hello! I am from Oklahoma
I sent all my documents in at April
Got my fingerprints done in June 15th
And all of the documents were approved.
But a notice came from USCIS saying that Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record has not been submitted which is okey because I'm getting my Immutizations getting done now and then once the interview is scheduled I will have to bring it with me.
But my question is:
Could it be the reason why I still don't have my EDA?
Or will I receive it only after 90 days?
Or they only going to give it to me after the interview?

The other was a response to a sr I placed saying my case was on suspense because of biometrics ( never received appointment. I was so happy and now I'm frustrated please advise on what is going on with my case? Should I expect ead soon or biometrics first please help!!!

I have a question about expediting my EAD.

Expedite request: Aug 4,2017
Got requested for proof via email: Aug 7,2017
Faxed the proof: Aug 8,2017
On Aug 10, my case status showed 3 messages
"On August 10, 2017, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1DxxxxxxxxxxMSC, was assigned to an officer for response.
On August 10, 2017, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1DxxxxxxxxxxMSC.
On August 10, 2017, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1DxxxxxxxxxxMSC, was completed.
On Aug 14, i called uscis to check whether they received my proof, the customer representative told me that my case is under review. Therefore, i assume they got my fax and the expedited case is completed but i havent heard any ipdate on my EAD.
So today i called and asked to speak with lv2 officer. She asked me if i submit the proof they requested. I was like WHAT!! So i told her that i did send the proof awhile back and she told me she doesnt have any info of the proof being submitted. Therefore she was going to submit a request to the officer in charge to ask whether he received my proof and when the final decision will be made. She told me i should be hearing back from him within 5 days.
Anyone had similar experience or has any knowledge about this situation, i would highly appreciate your advices.

Hey everyone just a quick update I received my EAD yesterday Friday 18th, my application was approved on August 12 my status changed after the 15 to "card is being produced" and on the 16 changed to card was mailed to me but I called to get the tracking # and they told me to call next day cuz it hadn't been sent out yet. So I signed up for USPS alerts when I get something mailed to me they text me so on the 17th they send me an alert that my card was being mailed amd i was so surprised i received it in the mail yesterday friday august 18th.
Big personal advise imo. It doesn't matter if you have an attorney (I do) helping you, you gotta move on your own cuz you're not that attorneys only case! I did whatever I Could and I felt like it did worked out for good.

After reading so many posts here, I think that no matter weather you inquiry one or more times, call congressman, request expediting or call a million times, It will have no impact on the outcome or the time of response... they just have their times and will just follow them according to the priority date. So be patient.
I'll update when I receive my card, interview and about the GC.
I hope this is helpful to someone.
