Day 106 Texas
Today is my 106. Petition based on L2 visa. Any update since my notification receipt. I have a job offer and I have to start to work on august 28th. I dont know what to do. This is taking too Long. Anyone else is waiting for texas center?

after 97 days the status changed to request for additional evidence. My lawyer says the clock pause and it will start from where it was stopped when they receive our response.
Other people say the USCIS website always shows additional evidence but you can get a request for initial evidence in the mail IS THAT ACCURATE ? because if the ask for initial evidence the clock will start from zero again....and I will starve to death...because my application was based on pending asylum which I had to wait for 150 days before I applied ......

type of mail uscis use
what type of mail USCIS use to send the cards?
is it the type which needs a signature from the recipient or they will just leave at the doorstep and leave?
also did anyone receive the card in Sundays?

I got my card today!!!
I posted a few days ago and I finally got the card in the mail today so I wanted to update my previous post:
This is based on marriage and the case is in MSC:
May 2: case received
June 2: biometrics
July 20: issued first service request
July 20: issued congressional inquiry; no response yet;
July 26: issued expedited request #1 on the phone, based on financial loss, about to lose job offer
August 3: expedited request #2 was received by MSC through mail
August 4: faxed evidence for expedited request #1: job offer with start date August 7
August 8: expedited request is under review and will receive response shortly
August 9: got an email response to the service request of July 20: "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly"
August 14: received email saying that on August 11 my card was sent to production and would be mailed to my address. Case status changed to "New card is being produced"
August 16: case status changed to "Card was mailed to me".
August 17: notice of approval received on the mail.
August 18: MY CARD IS FINALLY HERE!!!! It includes the EAD and the advance parole!
I thought I was going to lose my job because I was supposed to start on August 7 but thankfully my employer waited for me and Im starting next Monday!! So excited after a very stressful process! Good luck to everyone!

today I got Good News ,I applied to renew my EAD card on Texas service center ,case was receive on 05/09/2017 .
today my status change to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED. AFTER ALMOST 100 DAYS .
TANX GOD .just be hopeful .everything is going to fine .

Hi everyone. I wanted to post my timeline to hopefully help others get a better understanding of what to expect for their own.
Applied for EAD/advance parole combination card due to marriage to a US citizen.
Application went to MSC office.
Application received May 3
Biometrics notice May 12
Biometrics appointment May 30
Status changed to: as of June 14, 2017, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
Service request raised July 18 - Day 76
Contacted congressman August 8 (no response, so not sure if it did anything) - Day 97
Status changed to: "On August 18, 2017, we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice for Receipt Number YYYY XX." and "On August 18, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number YYYY XX" - Day 107
I only received notice of the card being ordered for my EAD application, my Advance Parole application status hasn't changed. I'm assuming that because it is typically sent as a combination card, that my Advance Parole status has progressed as well.
I sympathize will everyone waiting. It will truly drive you crazy if you check constantly, so please try to be patient.

I have gone to the Arlington office several times....waste of time
I got an info pass-the lady who served me was rude and had nothing to say but to just wait
I even had to call USCIS to expedite-still no response
I lost my job, even applying for a new one, they require an unexpired EAD that is valid for at least a year not this 180 days extension
I am so stressed out!!!!AMERICAN DREAM!!!SMH
